Definitely not as described. It took way too long for a response to even get the code to get in the home. I was already in a uber somewhere else by the time he did. It’s a basement like home. The doors are locked on their side which gives them a choice of walking in if you were sleep. I did not like that as a single woman. They charge for every thing. I’m glad I was able to cancel.

So few key factors pic that are posted isn’t what I what really saw …Upon arrival there was trash and what to seem to be day old worth of dishes in fridge we didn’t really use the fridge foreal do it being food with mold that did smell , it was serious fly problem in Which after third day they calm down due me using apple cider vinegar and soup to capture them The bedroom in which I slept the bed itself had a broken leg on itThere was constant alarm beeping noise Bathroom there was molded towel with flies covered I didn’t to speak on the situation with how late my booking was how there was to many place left to book.But I did love the location and the back porch area a lot

Cleaning crew or host needs to double check stuff before renting it’s was a very cute space very peaceful house could haveMore equipment so I didn’t have to go buy so much stuff …. And I didn’t know it was a shared house thou it’s like a basement remodeled to look like an apartment lol …. But I can say the host communicated thru it all and I still was able to enjoy my weekend definitely great for a content creator !!!!

Not what I expected

Overall I give this stay a 6/10. The place is really nice but was not clean. He didn’t have a garage can, broom, or mop in the unit. There is a washer n dryer in unit that the host was using while I was staying there. Lights in rooms flickers. There are no TVs in rooms. Toilet is messed up. There is a dirty mattress sitting in the kitchen. There is photography items all over the unit.

Its Cool But ..

Well first i kinda seen a red flag when the day of he called and said that he had double booked the down stairs and was willing to give us the up stairs...cool but then he told us that the bathroom and kitchen were SHARED when we arrived..basically you don’t get the whole house cause it’s up stairs downs stair..And then we didn’t have WiFi so we had to use the hotspot on our phones

Great Stay for Content Creators

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay! There are just a couple of things I wanted to mention. The full kitchen is great, but it would be even better with some kitchenware provided. I also noticed there wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom, and I found it a bit tricky to control the temperature. The lighting in the bedrooms could use a little love too! If you're a content creator or into the MLM scene, this place is a fantastic spot for branding and marketing yourself. I must admit, I was a bit surprised to find out the rental was in the basement of someone’s home. I prefer staying somewhere that's entirely private for me and my guests without the owner around. The location, though, is super convenient—right near the highway, train station, and downtown Atlanta! The beds are really comfortable, but keep in mind that if you like to sleep with a fan on, the light will have to stay on too. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay if you can overlook those small details. For me, I just like having my own space where I can cook if I want to.
