i didn’t like the breakfast set up. and it was trash in the lobby near my room. and the a/c in the lobby on the 3rd floor was not working.elevator had a smell.

I stayed at this property because it had a indoor heated pool. The water was frigid! The manager said the part was on order. Me and my kids were very disappointed! We didn't enjoy 😒

Smoke detector did not work. Elevator was dirty and lights not working. Refrigerator was not working and was told there was nothing they could do because we booked through third party. Needle caps in hallway. Was very disappointed for the money spent.

There was mold growing over the shower, on the bathroom ceiling. There was trash left from a previous stay, no telling how long. They do not have cribs, if you have a little one. And breakfast didn’t even have all of the basic options.

I like that it was close to my training class. I didnt like it because it was dirty, nothing worked, the housekeeping was never there, the tub was missing the stopper, refrigerator was broke, remote was broke and it stink. The front desk wasnt helpful and no breakfast was served as advertised.

Everything was done as cheaply as possible. Everything was inconvenient, not working, understaffed, crowded, slow and unappealing. Little choice for breakfast, not enough tables and chairs. Elevator was dark and small and the panel was loose. No amenities in the room. The TV remote was broken. The curtains couldn’t be shut. The mattress was too soft and the linen was scratchy. Not enough towels. Staff was never at the desk and were less than helpful when they did turn up. Pool was ice cold and there weren’t enough chairs.

Arrived to find door knobs loose lines very worn. Toilet was clogged from the first flush advised staff of issue told they weren’t a full service hotel and gave me a plunger. Indoor pool was ice cold and even unusable for my 5 year old. Breakfast was ok but get there quick because they will not refill anything. Spend few dollars more and go somewhere else

Staff was very friendly, rooms were nice. It is an older building but kept very well. Supplies were limited. Very little to no breakfast for the guests. And when asked for a towel for the pool, we were given a few and asked to share them with the people in our party because they didn’t have any more is what they said. Overall I rated this in the middle. It’s not the worst and not the best. It is in a great location for Stone Mountain Park and not far from all of the Atlanta activities. Also very close to Walmart and Dollar Tree. So very convenient location. Just expect to have to get your own breakfast even though it says breakfast is included, it is very limited if you are able to get any. And don’t expect any extra items like sheets, pillows or towels, etc.

The entrance had cigarette butts all over the ground. There were huge boxes in the lobby. The room was shabby. Closet door off the hinge. Sheets had blood marks. Seem it might have bedbugs. They offered another room but not any better. Arrived at 1:00 a.m. Had to leave and find another hotel. Only good thing is they refunded my payment and cancelled the reservation.

Do not believe the pictures, complete false advertising. If you do have to stay here make them show you your room before they take the $100 security deposit so you dont get blamed forbthe holes in the walls or stains on the capret or briken doors. Staff seemed unwelcoming.

I will start with what I did like. The check in person was very nice. Although it took over 10 min and we were the only ones checking in, he was nice. The beds were COMFY! The location was good and had lots of food choices and convenient things nearby, even though it was off the main interstate (285). Outside of that, I was not impressed. A lot of things are out of order: pool, m/w lobby bathrooms, juice machine at breakfast, our bathroom fan. In the room, the carpets were old and worn and could use replacing. Most of the hotel was in that condition. Our room was missing pictures with holes in the walls where they used to be, the shower head seemed 20 years old, tile could be refreshed, and the TV was frustrating to use. No channel guide and there were channels that didn't come in, but it took time to go to each channel because it took a few seconds to even show if it was a station or "no signal". The "breakfast" was very minimal. One of those waffle machines (mini waffles), powdered eggs, toast, 2 cereal choices. Juice machine was out of order so there was a jug of juice and milk in the mini fridge. I appreciate there was even breakfast, but it was dismal at best compared to many other hotels. I wouldn't stay here again unless there was nothing else. They wouldn't give me a receipt since I used a "third party" (Expedia) because they said those rates were less than theirs. Huh? What does that have to do with a receipt? They also required a separate $100 deposit. That's a sign

Walked into our room and no heat, mold in shower, hair and dirt in the mattress, toilet clogged. The pool was closed and rest rooms were closed in the lobby. We went back to the front desk to leave and the guy couldn’t figure out how to do the refund. They still haven’t processed the refund. Be ware of this property.

Dirty hotel
It was our Christmas trip with the family. When we enter to the hotel, it was smelling like cigarettes and marijuana, the room was decent, however the carpet was disgusting, the breakfast was terrible, they didn’t refill the food. Then my sister room was flooded and they moved to another room that was smelled like cigarettes then they moved to another one that was “expensive”… anyway… I know we checked something affordable and nice, but that was terrible… the worst part was they complained about us drinking wine in the “lobby dinner tables”… and the whole hotel smelled like marijuana, and cigarettes.

Clean room,good price. Comfortable beds. Towel rack was broken in the room but I can deal with that. A little confusing to get in and out of cos it’s on a one way street. Cleanliness is important to me and this place was clean.

Great Stone Mountain Experience
This was a nice hotel to stay. Very close to Stone Mountain and shopping areas. The staff was polite and the room was clean and comfortable.

At the Comfort Inn & Suites make sure you have either $100 in cash or on your card because they requires a deposit even if you books your room. They check your room before refunding you to make sure you havent taken anything out the room.

Very disappointed. Wi fi didn’t connect properly, pool ( which was the reason I chose this property) was not open, phone in Room did not work so no at To contact front desk, room not made Up except for 1st day, no actual staff working many of the hours. Breakfast Was gross and some parts not working, I don’t think I need to go on. I will never stay in another one of your hotels again

My car along with six other guests was broken into. The front desk clerk was less than helpful and the police informed that burglaries happen at least twice a week at this location. I do not recommend.

It was disgusting!!! The parking lot was filthy!! The inside of the building was gross!! The elevator floor was dirty!!! There was garbage piled upnext to the vending machine! The room carpet was nasty and the room smelled! There was hair on the bed! Thefridge was not cleaned! The tub had a stain in it as if it was soap scum! The bathroom garbage was not cleaned! There were beads and stuff left back from previous people! The phone was not working! The tv didnt show a lot of the channels! Breakfast machines were broken! The breakfast was not presented well! The pool was freezing cold and had a filmy substance on top the water! There were no towels! We asked over 5 times for towels for our room! The towels were worn out with hiles! There was smoking in the rooms! Noone was helpful! The toiletries were not brand new! They had been opened and used! I would recommend closing this location until there is proper management that can rectify these major issues. We all need our deposit and money back!! If my family and I weren't traveling from far and needed to rest before continuing our travels..I WOULD'VE LEFT! NOT EVEN A HOMELESS PERSON SHOULD GET A ROOM IN THERE!

Was told 5 minutes before check in that I couldn’t check in for 20 minutes. The whole place was nasty from the first step into the building. The guy behind the counter had his shirt unbuttoned south Florida style with his chest hair hanging all out. The hallway walls and doors were filthy, it looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The room smelled of lemon which is a dead giveaway for a nasty room. I didn’t ever take my shoes off and slept in my clothes. The ice machine was broken and his solution was a bag of ice in a freezer in the back room. This place had a lot of good reviews, all I can say is that I’d had to see what those people live in everyday if they think this place is nice. I was afraid to eat the breakfast the next morning because I was imagining what the kitchen looked like.
