We kindly request all guests to adhere to our house rules to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone, including our esteemed neighbors. We emphasize a strict no party policy; DJs, live music, loud speakers, and any gatherings that could disrupt the tranquility of our residential community are expressly prohibited. Guests who fail to comply with these guidelines will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund provided.

Our home is nestled in a serene and quiet neighborhood, and maintaining a harmonious relationship with our neighbors is paramount. We ask guests to be considerate and keep noise levels low, particularly after 10pm. This helps us ensure that the tranquil ambiance of the community is preserved.

Inside our home, we have adopted a strict no smoking policy to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of all guests. Violation of this policy may incur additional cleaning fees to address odor and stains. Our guests' cooperation in this regard is highly appreciated.

Parking is facilitated for up to six cars, arranged side by side on the driveway. We kindly ask guests to refrain from parking on the curb or sidewalks to ensure the seamless flow of traffic and pedestrian movement. The care taken to preserve the order and aesthetics of our surroundings is appreciated by our neighbors and future guests alike.

We have taken great care to arrange our home to provide an optimal living experience, and we request that guests enjoy the space without rearranging the furniture. If there’s a special requirement or a need for adjustment, we are more than happy to discuss these needs to ensure your comfort.

For guests desiring to host events like weddings, graduations, or baby showers (excluding parties), we request the courtesy of prior notification and consultation. This allows us to ensure the suitability and preparedness of our space to host your memorable moments.

Any violation of these policies, especially those leading to extra cleaning requirements, unaccounted additional guests, or noise complaints from neighbors, will result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately. Additionally, if there are suspicions of illegal drug use or possession, law enforcement will be notified, and guests will be required to leave.
