The Neighborhood:

🌿 This home rests in Mableton, a pleasant residential suburb in Cobb County, just west of Atlanta. You'll find yourself conveniently situated for both tranquil local living and easy access to big-city attractions.



🚲 Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to the Silver Comet Trail, perfect for a walk or bike ride. When you're ready for dining and shopping, the vibrant districts of Vinings and Smyrna are close by, offering a variety of choices.



🎢 For family fun, Six Flags Over Georgia is a short drive away. Sports fans can easily reach Truist Park, and the heart of downtown Atlanta with its many cultural sites and entertainment options is also readily accessible.



Getting Around:

🚗 Guests will find that a car is the most practical way to navigate Mableton and the greater Atlanta area. This house offers free on-premises driveway parking.



🚕 Rideshares such as Uber and Lyft are readily available in Mableton for convenient door-to-door service.



✈️ Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is approximately a 20-25 minute drive from Mableton, depending on traffic conditions.



🚴 The Silver Comet Trail, a paved rail-trail popular for walking and biking, is located nearby for recreation.



Other Things to Note:

▶ SHOWER CURTAIN: Please keep the shower curtain inside the bathtub while showering. Leaving it outside the tub may cause water to spill onto the bathroom floor, which can lead to leaks and water damage.



▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.



▶ This home is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).



▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.



▶ Pets are not allowed.



▶ No parties. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Significant noise or playing loud music after 10:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.



▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property - this includes the interior of the home, as well as all outdoor areas such as the deck, porch, yard, driveway, and any territory associated with the property. If there is any evidence of smoking, a $250 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights.



▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.



▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.



▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the home is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.



▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.



▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we'll address them immediately.
