The entire condo is yours to enjoy! Check-in is effortless—our 24-hour concierge will greet you and provide building access. A valid photo ID is required upon arrival. If someone other than the booking guest is checking in, please notify us in advance.

You’ll receive a digital door code for keyless entry. A key fob is also provided in the condo for convenient access during your stay.

Located in the historic Peachtree Towers at 300 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30308, this condo is known for its superior sound insulation, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. Renovated from floor to ceiling, the unit features well-maintained furnishings, two queen beds with high-quality bedding for maximum comfort. The open living area is versatile—ideal for business meetings or relaxation. The sofa bed converts to accommodate up to four guests comfortably.

The sparkling clean bathroom, smart TV with cable, and high-speed wireless internet add to the luxury of your stay.

Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are always less than 5 minutes away, offering a quick and affordable way to navigate the city.

Heating & Air Conditioning: The building has a central HVAC system, meaning units are switched between heating and cooling seasonally. You may experience either heat or air conditioning depending on the time of year.

Laundry: A washer and dryer are available on the basement level for $1.75 per load.

Pets: Per HOA regulations, pets are not allowed.

Parking: Parking is not included, but multiple secure paid lots surround the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. (30308) for the best security. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. (30308). Pricing varies by demand.
