Patio Home 12 Minutes to Atlanta Airport

Hartsfield-Jackson Airport is 12 minutes away by car: this 2-bedroom Union City home is a calm base for an early flight, a layover night or a work week near the airport, with a patio and outdoor furniture for a quiet coffee before the day starts.

The home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a tub and shower, and sleeps 4. Central air, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi run through the home, a TV with streaming services is ready for the evening, and bed linens, towels, shampoo, body soap and a hair dryer are provided.

The full kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and cooking basics, so a week of home cooking is easy. A washer and dryer are in the home, with an iron and hangers for a longer stay.

Ronald Bridges Park is a 3-minute drive for a walk, South Fulton Tennis Center 5 minutes and Old National Park 11 minutes.

Self check-in with a keypad smart lock and free parking on the property keep a late arrival simple. Exterior security cameras cover the outside of the home only.

For the safety of our guests and our property, we use a standard guest verification and damage waiver program. After booking, you will receive a link from our 3rd party provider Truvi to verify your identity and electronically sign our rental agreement. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and takes just a minute.

For longer stays (30+ days), we may require a background check and signed Lease Agreement.

Our home is professionally cleaned, well-maintained, and receives regular preventative pest control. However, due to Georgia’s climate—especially during the warm and humid summer months—an occasional outdoor bug may still find its way inside. The occasional presence of a common outdoor insect does not indicate an infestation or cleanliness issue and, by itself, is not grounds for a refund or cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
