Booked for its close proximity to Truist park. Quick, easy walk to the stadium. Rooms were large and nice. Only complaint is because the door to the bathroom isnt solid, when someone had to use it in the middle of the night, the light woke everyone up cause it shines through.

We loved to be able to walk to Truist Park and the secure parking. We did not like that parking was not included with the price of the room.

When we first arrived, we had 4 guest ahead of us and 1 person working. He did the best he could and he was pleasant. However, he wrote the wrong room number on my key card and I had to come back down because we couldn’t get in. The next day I requested the front desk for a room cleaning since it’s only done every other day here. To my dismay, when we returned for the night, room was not done and we had no towels. When we were checking out, I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and he comp just 1 night of parking. The saying you get what you pay for applies here. Can’t expect too much but over all was clean. Pillows were also horrible. Breakfast was mediocre.

I'm very sorry that you had a line at check-in. We are equally sorry that in this rush, our front desk agent wrote the wrong room number down on your envelope. I'm sure this was frustrating for you. We also found that the request for additional housekeeping service was not recorded as it should have been. All of these are human errors that occurred during a rush of check-ins on an otherwise slow night. We have shared this feedback with our front desk team member as a teachable moment and come up with a plan to better manage our peak times. We think there is a good process in place and are confident that our agent will not make this mistake next time.Our entire team is eager to please and genuinely cares about your experience. We are very sorry to have let you down. We do hope that you would consider giving us another chance at a better impression should your travels bring you back our way.

We are sorry that the complimentary breakfast was a disappointment to you. Our juice machine did temporarily go down until our vendor could service it. Our sincerest apologies. The beds were very comfortable and good enough for one or 2 nights. The breakfast was great. I don’t understand the $30 Parking fee for one night and more if you stay longer. I find that such a rip Off. Should be included in the hotel fee.

I'm sorry that you were disappointed with the parking fee. We do provide gated entry and 24-hour security patrols to add value to the fee. In the greater Atlanta area this has, unfortunately, become a necessity, but has proven effective. It is not our intention to make our guests feel blindsided by the fee. We do our very best to ensure the fee is posted everywhere we are allowed to. I'm glad you otherwise enjoyed your stay at our hotel. Thank you, for choosing to stay with us. Property is beautiful. Clean but could have been cleaner. Had to move rooms twice and in both rooms it was crumbs still on the floor and a pair of socks that did not belong to me. Could have been cleaner.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in even out of the top rated hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. Very clean and comfortable. My only “negative” feedback to think about in the future is to upgrade the waffle maker and consider having more than just one because the lines are so long in the morning for breakfast. Everyone loves a good waffle but it’s annoying to wait so long. Other than that everything was excellent!
