When we first arrived, we had 4 guest ahead of us and 1 person working. He did the best he could and he was pleasant. However, he wrote the wrong room number on my key card and I had to come back down because we couldn’t get in. The next day I requested the front desk for a room cleaning since it’s only done every other day here. To my dismay, when we returned for the night, room was not done and we had no towels. When we were checking out, I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and he comp just 1 night of parking. The saying you get what you pay for applies here. Can’t expect too much but over all was clean. Pillows were also horrible. Breakfast was mediocre.
