★ Parking Made Easy – Because Stress-Free Travel Starts Here ★

**For stays of 2+ nights: Enjoy free gated parking for one vehicle. Please provide your car details (year, make, model, color, tag number) 4 hours before check-in for access.

**For 1-night stays: Opt for free street parking or use the garage at $7/24 hours, subject to availability. Submit car details 4 hours before check-in for the guest code.

**Additional cars: Park in the public garage at $7/day. Register your car upon arrival to avoid booting. We cannot be responsible for boots or refund failures to register.

★ Smooth Check-In for Busy Professionals & Vacationers ★

**Identity Verification, Security Deposit, and Rental Agreement**

For the safety and protection of both our guests and property, all bookings require the completion of an identity verification, setting up a security deposit, and signing a rental agreement.

Requirements:

✔ Guests must be 21+ to book.

✔ Identity Verification: You’ll receive an email from Unlock Stays to complete a secure identity verification process through our third-party provider, ChargeAutomation (Know Your Guest Inc.). This must be completed prior to check-in.

✔ Security Deposit: A $100 security deposit hold will be placed on your card 2 days before check-in and released within 3 days post-departure, provided there are no damages or losses.

✔ Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.

Once these steps are completed, you will have access to your personalized portal and guidebook. This guidebook provides essential information, including parking instructions, amenities, local recommendations, and more. You’ll also have the option to request early or late check-in through the portal.

Please note that failure to complete these steps may result in the cancellation of your booking.

** Please note that the pool, fitness center, and lounges are community amenities. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds if they are unavailable due to weather or other closures. The complex closes the pools on Monday for mandatory cleaning.

Check-in time is 4 p.m. EST. Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. EST.

EARLY CHECK-INS
Guests can request an early check-in within two days of their arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any early check-ins before this 2-day window. If early check-in is available, guests will be charged a fee of $20 per hour up until the normal check-in time. Early check-ins will not be allowed before 8 a.m.

LATE CHECK-OUTS
Guests can request late check-outs within 2 days of their departure. Late checkouts are not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any late checkouts before this 2-day window. If late check-out is available, guests will be charged a fee of $20 per hour after the normal 11 a.m. check-out time. Late checkouts will not be allowed past 4 p.m.

**Guests who check out late without our approval will be charged a $300 fee. This strict rule is put in place to give the cleaners enough time to clean the property and replenish supplies before the next guest arrives. **

★ Pet Policy: Because Your Dog Deserves a Luxury Stay Too ★

**Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $85 per stay. A refundable damage deposit of $150 is due before check-in for a pet and service animal. Per stay, a maximum of one dog (up to 35 pounds) is permitted. (Please include breed, weight, and size in your booking request.)
