A Pierless Vista is a brand New home to our exclusive Blue Pearl Homes. Exquisitely-furnished and exceptionally-appointed, these luxurious beach vacation rentals are draped like pearls all along our Crystal Coast. Blue Pearl Homes are top-of-the-line vacation homes.
This 8-bedroom, 8.5-bath Oceanfront escape has all the amenities you could possibly need while on vacation. With 7 Master Suites, water views and access to Balconies from all Bedrooms and incredible views of our pristine coastline, you will surely find relaxation on your vacation.
The Elevator will make accessing all floors effortless for all members of your vacationing family and also offering accessibility for anyone that might need assistance with the top floor Master Bedroom.
Enjoy your very own Private Pool (whicy may be heated September - May with Pool Heat Fee $650/week + tax) and the Private Hot Tub.
This beautiful Oceanfront Home is also equipped with a Theater Room, Recreation/Game room including a Pool Table, Foosball Table and Card/Game Table. Ground Level: Covered Parking. Access to the Elevator and Stairs to the main living areas. The Theater Room is adorned with relaxing furniture including a Sectional Couch and three recliners along with a large Flat Screen TV.
Level One: The spacious Game room offers entertainment for all ages with a Pool Table, Foosball Table, and Poker Table. The French doors open to the Oceanfront Pool area with your Private Pool and Hot Tub. Access to a Full Bathroom is located directly from the Pool Area. A Wet Bar is located directly off the Recreation room - the perfect place to mix a cold beverage to take out to the pool with you! Bedroom #1 is an Oceanfront Master Suite with a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, a Private Bathroom and direct access to the Oceanfront deck and Pool area. Bedroom #2 has both Ocean and Sound views, a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom and direct access to a shared Sound View Balcony. Bedroom #3 has Sound views, a Twin Bunk Bed & a Double Twin Bunk Bed, Flat Screen TV as well as direct access to the shared Sound View Balcony with Bedroom #2.

The tasteful nautical theme, decorated with both historic pieces and local artist will give you such a refreshing feeling. The incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean will be the first thing you eyes are drawn to but then you will begin to see the elegant details in this home. Oars that washed ashore on the coastline of Oregon from the Tsunami drape the Great Room walls. A telescope is provided to view the shore birds, dolphins in the surf, and boats in the distance. Two French style doors open up to the top floor Oceanfront Deck where you can view the Crystal Coast coastline, but on a clear day you can also see the Cape Lookout Lighthouse, a moment you will never forget. The Dining Room with seating for 20, located directly off the Kitchen, has gorgeous views of both the Ocean and the Sound. The expansive gourmet kitchen will make family meals a breeze, with all top of the line appliances and an island perfect for preparing and entertaining. A Large Walk-in Pantry will give you all the space you need for your getaway. A Half Bath is located directly off the Main Living Area. Bedroom #8 is an Oceanfront Master Suite bedroom with a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom and Direct Access to the Oceanfront Deck. This bedroom has wide doors and a shower that can easily be stepped into.

Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off season, last minute during In Season.
