  • Welcome to Pirate's Hideaway! Located in gorgeous Pine Knoll Shores, Beachwalk is right across the street from the Aquarium and the Roosevelt Natural area. Pirate's Hideaway is located on the first floor (no stairs to climb) making it a breeze to unload and easier to access for our more seasoned guests. As you enter, you will be drawn to the stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. The outdoor space spans the entire width of the unit, allowing access from the living room as well as a private entrance to the master bedroom. You will enjoy oceanfront views and hear the waves crashing on the shore from your spacious private deck or from the beach inspired open-concept living room and kitchen. From the deck take a very short stroll (30 paces Matey!) along a wooden walkway to the beach. The pool is located next to the unit so you can watch your kids play and call them in for dinner without ever leaving your back deck.

    After you gather for cocktails at the gazebo watching the sunset, relax in the oceanfront king master suite complete with it's own adjoining bathroom (remodeled 2022) or in one of the other two bedrooms both with their own bathrooms (both newly tiled and one with a new tub 2021). The condo also features a sleeper sofa (new 2026) ensuring everyone has sufficient space to spread out and accommodates 8 people comfortably.

    The unit is fully outfitted to ensure your comfort and reduce your need to over pack. Items include traditional coffee maker, Keurig, blender, 4 slice toaster, cookware, etc. There is also a bar area with beverage refrigerator, portable ice maker, a full size washer and dryer and deck furniture. Linens are included with your rental (sheets and towels) as well as a pack-n-play, booster seat, games and puzzles. We also have a few beach chairs, umbrella, and floats for your convenience. So all you have to bring is your bathing suit!

This was our first time visiting the area and this condo was absolutely perfect! Easy check in, fully stocked kitchen made making meals a breeze as we didn’t want to go out every meal. I didn’t know it til we got there how wonderful and necessary a first floor condo was with kids !! It was so nice letting them just go outside where we would see them and not have to load up on the elevator every time we left for the beach or pool! Also there were plenty of beach chairs available to use so next year we will be leaving our chairs behind!! We can’t wait to come back again next year! Thank you to the owners for sharing this place with us!

Everything You Can Imagine

Property is well maintained, clean and has everything you need. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and the owner had everything you could imagine just like be at your own house. I would recommend to everyone and it is so close to the beach and the pool. Great place!

Beautiful condo!

My family and I had a fantastic stay over Thanksgiving. The condo has everything you need for a long or short term visit. It is in a great location. The bed was super comfy. Shower had great water pressure. View is lovely, and a quick walk to the beach. You can hear the waves from the condo, which was nice.

The Pirates Hideaway exceeded our expectations in every way. It is spacious and beautifully decorated in a coastal theme with fabulous views of the Atlantic. The entire place was spotless when we arrived. Communication with our gracious hosts before and throughout our stay was excellent. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances, ocean themed dishware, pots, pans, and serving utensils. There are even many spices available to use. Cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was delightful. The bedrooms are charming and the beds were very comfortable. It was so convenient that each had its own updated full bathroom. The living room was perfect for our family to gather and catch up. The pool is right next to this unit and the beach is the most gorgeous I’ve ever seen. We had the best time shell hunting, boogie boarding, and just sitting on the beach to enjoy the ocean view. We even found a couple of sharks teeth. We enjoyed the proximity to so many local attractions, including the Pine Knoll Shores aquarium, the Maritime museum in Beaufort, and fun shopping and great restaurants. We LOVED our stay here. My only complaint is that our week went by too fast! We look forward to returning in the future!

The condo was very well stocked and the owner was a gem! Made sure we had everything we needed. It has a wonderful view of the ocean and such a quick walk down the board walk and right on the beach. So convenient! My family loved it!

We love love this property. Very accessible for disabilities or trouble with stairs. Extremely clean, roomie, decor is top notch, beach is steps away, pool even closer. Beach view is amazing!! Owners are excellent and responsive!! Now if I can get another reservation!!

Fall get away to the coast

Did a little surf fishing. Weather was great!! Loved the deck to enjoy viewing the ocean and nature. Very relaxing and quiet. Condo was so cute and had everything you could possible need. Bed was comfy. Even saw a deer in the sand dunes one morning. Great place. Hope to stay again.

Simply incredible!

There aren’t enough words to describe how much my parents and I loved staying here. Pictures don’t do it justice. It was so easy to get settled and get out to the beach. It’s also really close to the aquarium and an easy drive to the Point as well as Fort Hancock and Beaufort. I definitely will be coming back! I’m so thankful to have found this place!

Beautiful condo and so close to the beach!

This property was beautifully decorated and so clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect. So close to the beach - perfect for those of us with knee issues!! We could sit on the deck in the shade and see the ocean and hear the waves or take a short walk and be on the beach. Nice to have three bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Also a nice location. Close to Morehead City and Emerald Isle! We will be back!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation here at Beachwalk. The hosts are wonderful people who answered any questions we had promptly. Our room was perfect for us with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located one first floor right beside the pool, This made everything such a breeze to get to the pool, beach, or to the car in the parking lot. The room is full stocked with supplies for our weekly stay. We are looking forward to our stay next year at this same room.

Truly wonderful

Our family could not have enjoyed our stay more. The owner’s went above and beyond to create a space that could be enjoyed by all. There are no exaggerations on this listing, the beach and pool are literally steps away from the door, the condo has every amenity you could need or want, and the owners are the best we have ever worked with. The purple flowers on the back deck drew in all sorts of butterfly’s, the beautiful, comfortable, and abundant deck seating made it easy to enjoy the shaded outside areas. This is an amazing place to spend time, highly recommend. Just pack some clothes and go!

Better Than Described First Floor Unit On Beach

We loved this property! Located as close to the beach and pool as you can get. It is a walk-out on the first floor so no need to use the elevator. The beach is a mere 50 paces from the unit. You will want to bring your own favorite beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys, etc.), but there were many of these items also stored on the deck of the unit if you forgot or don't have something. We traveled from Ohio with adult children and their friends, and we couldn't have been happier. The unit was A+ clean and the owners were a joy to work with and very prompt with their responses.
