Lovely townhouse steps from the beach

You`ll find amazing ocean views from the balconies of this brand new, professionally decorated home.
Please note there is additional information regarding payments and cancellations in the description below.

Steps from the beach with outdoor spaces on each floor, it offers so many options for taking in the salty sweet ocean air. With some of the largest widest beaches in NC, steps down the public boardwalk that’s right outside our front door, you’ll find you don’t miss being oceanfront. A fast walk down the beach & you are at the circle, where you can enjoy several fantastic restaurants and shops.

The home features a reverse floorplan with the kitchen, dining & seating areas on the top floor. The 2nd floor has 2 king bedrooms with ensuite baths and private balconies. The 1st floor has a large bunk room with 3 twin beds & a queen. Additionally the bunk room features a seating area with a large Smart TV for the kiddos to enjoy while the adults relax upstairs. All floors are accessible by an elevator, all bedrooms have dedicated bathrooms.

The entire home is yours to enjoy including the garage that is available to store your beach toys or a small car. There is parking for three cars in the drive and side yard as well.

Beautiful Home BUT

Home is spectacular, great layout, beautifully decorated. BUT Parking is limited, located at a public beach access which is great for people watching but not for safety. Not the safest location for those with young girls or little kids.

What a view!!

Our Thanksgiving week at the beach was wonderful and the townhouse was the perfect place to be together, rest, and enjoy the beauty of the beach. The place itself is decorated beautifully, the kitchen was stocked with what we needed to have meals there, the furniture is great for relaxing, the beds made for a very good nights rest (so comfortable!) and the whole place was spotless. Since we were there during cooler days the blankets provided in baskets were appreciated as we sat each night and took in the incredible sunset view from the balcony (ocean on one side and sound on the other!). We hopped on the boardwalk just outside the front door to enjoy the beach each day and could walk to dinner near the circle when we wanted to eat out. Many thanks to our hosts for providing such a lovely home to celebrate our family time together!

Perfect Rental Home Experience - Dont hesitate

Beautiful house & perfect location

This house was a perfect fit for our family of 7 with the kids on the first floor and the adults on the 2nd. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone to spread out then come together on the 3rd floor for meals and games. My daughters loved the location and convenient access to the beach. Even though the street parking was for public beach access, it wasn't very busy at all. Pretty quiet street overall. Property manager addressed any of our concerns right away and was very pleasant to deal with. Our only disappointment was that the outdoor grill wasn't usable. Didn't look like it was cleaned in a while and wasn't worth trying to get it clean. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation by the beach.

Nice place and great location

Property is relatively new. All modern appliances. Location was perfect. You can see the ocean and sound from the balcony and living room. Beach access right outside the door. Comfortable bed. We will probably stay here again in the future.

SIS- Sisters in the Street

My aunts, cousins, myself and my sister travel together. We call ourselves “SIS” which stands for Sisters in the Street. Our expectations were exceeded with “Let’s Do Sunset!” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our accommodations were immaculate! 5 stars all around. We made some lifetime memories. 🤗

Perfect vacation!!

We love Atlantic Beach and this location provided perfect views of the ocean, coastal waterway and beautiful sunsets. Our kids loved the downstairs bunk room with their own TV/lounge and private patio and we loved the top floor with the gorgeous coastal decor and views!! Both of the bedroom suites on the 2nd floor where super comfortable and plenty of extra blankets/pillows provided. Beach access was right off the front door. This is definitely our new place to stay!

Amazing Place

We usually don’t review something unless it’s terrible. But this place was too amazing not to tell how much we enjoyed our stay. Nice and quiet street… great access to the beach. Clean and inviting house with everything we needed. Nothing negative about our experience! When we return, totally would want to stay here again.

Excellent choice

The place is brand new, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and great location right next to a beach access and in the heart of Atlantic Beach. Great views of the beach and intercoastal from the patio. We had one small issue with a patio door handle which was repaired same day. The elevator worked fine for us, but we were a bit hesitant to use it at first because it sounds like many people have issues and have to pay for service to clear the error. We had an elderly person who would have struggled with three flights of stairs, so it's great that the place is equipped with one. I highly recommend this place and hope to book it again next time we visit.

Let’s definitely do sunset!

LetsDoSunset is our favorite place to stay! The location is amazing-you walk straight onto the boardwalk to the beach and it’s close to the great restaurants/bars, & shops in AB! If you venture out Morehead & Beaufort are just a short drive. The convenience of the location made it possible to do a morning beach walk, then go out (aquarium, boat ride) and still make it back to play in the afternoon waves. Our absolute favorite part of the evening was the spectacular sunset from the deck! In fact, every window you looked out the sky was lit up with the most incredible hues! The townhome itself is the perfect blend of beauty, relaxation, and comfort. It is decorated with inviting elegance- it hits all the major elements of design without losing functionality or being overstated/stuffy. Simply put: it is gorgeous and RELAXING! Plus the thoughtful additions such as throws, pillows, ample comfortable seating (inside and outside), a welcome basket of local goodies, luxurious bedding, toiletries, & oversized, soft beach towels made it feel better than home. We cooked most meals & never felt like we were searching for a way to prepare or cook food. Basic spices and cooking oil, etc were available. Excellent kitchen equipment made it fun to cook on vacation. They even had a pot big enough for steaming seafood! There are so many amenities not even listed. Great hosts and a responsive property manager were the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

Perfect Beach Home for Multi-generational families!

This townhome was amazing -- well designed and comfortable for everyone (2 couples + friend). The elevator made the townhome easy for my 75+ yo parents with mobility issues and the layout is great for families. This is a perfect for families where parents stay on 2nd floor and kids take 1st. 3rd floor family space is awesome with plenty of seating. My parents' bathroom had a walk-in shower -- each bedroom had its own bathroom with better towels than some Marriotts. The beds were very comfortable. Each bedroom also has its own private outdoor space in addition to the main front porch. The rooms were furnished expertly - black out shades, smooth ceiling fans, and closet space w/nice hangers. Plenty of TVs and games for rainy days. Even nightlights in halls and bathrooms. The kitchen is amazing - better stocked than my one at home. And the welcome basket was a very nice touch - local goodies! Check-in was a breeze and Stacy provided all the information needed. She was awesome...my dad left something and she was able to find and get it back to us. The location is great - by a beach access so easy to walk or roll wagons to the beach. Nice views of both the ocean and the sound. There are so many nearby restaurants and bars. The great thing about AB is you also have Morehead City and Beaufort so plenty to do. You can also park 3-4 cars which again, makes it great for multiple families. It's the nicest VRBO I've stayed in -- I can't wait to come back!

Great escape

We just returned from our three night stay and couldn't have had a better experience. The property was beautiful and in the most perfect location. We were steps away from the beach, minutes from the aquarium and across the street from Amos mosquitos! The house fit us perfectly with our family. The host was very responsive for any needs we had. I would definitely return again!

Family short weekend trip

We had an amazing October weekend with great weather. This home is absolutely gorgeous and so many extra details were added. Location was easy to find, close to all local area restaurants and pier for fishing . Only wish we would have booked for a longer trip. I would definitely recommend this beach home and will definitely be back!

Great House, great location, could have been cleaner at move in. 2 of 3 bar chairs were disjointed. Otherwise everything new and in very good condition. There is a washing machine and a dryer that were not mentioned in the amenities available, should be mentioned

Gorgeous rental steps from the beach!

Pleasantly surprised to find that this house was super close to the beach! Everything about this house is exceptional! Beautifully appointed - the bedding, linens, beach towels, kitchen appliances, you name it. This home had top of the line pots, pans, bakeware, colanders, trays, bowls and dishes. There the cutest welcome basket with a bottle of Cava, chips and nuts. Loved all of the hostess’s touches!
