One bedroom down, three up. The main entry opens to a loft on your right — a TV, reading area, and coffee-lounge seating that becomes the quiet morning corner. Down the hallway you reach the downstairs master suite, then the dining area with its table for ten, and from there either straight back to the sunroom and back deck or into the chef`s kitchen and main living room. The living room anchors the home with a TV, fireplace, and cozy seating, connected to both the kitchen and sunroom. Walk through the kitchen to reach the laundry room, a full bathroom, the garage, and a second staircase upstairs. Two staircases mean the upper floor is reachable from either end of the house.

🏖️ Beach Access & Pine Knoll Shores Luxury Community Amenities

The Grand Carolina includes the full suite of Pine Knoll Shores luxury community amenities — a genuine step above standard beach access.

Ocean Park — Private oceanfront beach parking and access reserved for community members and guests. No public parking scramble, no crowds. And you can take the golf cart directly from the house to the beach access — crossing NC-58 is required, but there`s a protected crosswalk that makes it safe and simple.

Brock Basin — A community boat launch, ramp, and dock for guests bringing watercraft.

McNeil Park — An additional boat ramp and launch, giving guests a second water-access point (no boat docking at this location).

Your stay includes both a beach access fob and a community amenity fob, located in the house. Paired with the included kayak and paddleboards, this level of water access is exceptional.

THE GOLF CART
4-person golf cart included. Operators must be 21+ with a valid driver`s license. A signed waiver is required before use — provided before arrival. The cart can be taken directly to the Ocean Park beach access — crossing NC-58 is required, using the protected crosswalk. Please follow all local Pine Knoll Shores golf cart regulations.

KAYAK, PADDLEBOARDS & WATER GEAR
Provided for guest use. Life jackets included — please wear them on the water. Brock Basin and McNeil Park offer boat launches. Use all water equipment at your own risk.

COMMUNITY FOBS
A beach access fob and a community amenity fob are located in the house — your access to Ocean Park, Brock Basin, and McNeil Park. Please leave both fobs in the home at checkout.

THE HOT TUB
6-person outdoor hot tub. Please shower before use, no glass containers, and supervise children at all times. No lifeguard on duty — use at your own risk.

THE OUTDOOR BLACKSTONE / GRILL
The 3-in-1 griddle, pellet smoker, and grill is available for guest use — please always follow the posted instructions. Clean the griddle and grill thoroughly after each use. A cleaning fee will be applied to your reservation if it is left dirty or uncleaned at checkout.

PARKING
Large driveway accommodates up to 6 vehicles plus 1 boat.

LAYOUT
One bedroom downstairs, three upstairs. Two staircases. Three bedrooms have private en-suites; the fourth uses a nearby upstairs full bathroom. The downstairs master suite offers single-level access for guests with mobility considerations.

All towels, linens, and essentials are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked before you arrive.
