Welcome to our cozy 3BR, 2BA beach retreat with modern finishes, an open living and dining area, and a sleek kitchen with stone countertops and stainless appliances. After the beach, relax in the private backyard oasis with string lights, a fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor seating. With central air, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and beach gear included, you`re just 1.5 blocks to the sand and close to dining, shops, and the boardwalk.

The spacious living room offers ample seating for family and friends, a modern 75` flat-screen TV perfect for unwinding after a beach day. The open layout flows into the dining area, and a kitchen island with additional seating. It’s an ideal setup for shared meals, casual conversation, card games, or evening cocktails.

🏠 Listing Access:
This rental is the first-floor unit of a two-unit property, with another unit located directly above. All entrances and indoor spaces are private. However, please note that the BBQ grill (located on the side) and the outdoor shower (located in the rear) are shared with the upstairs Unit B.

This unit is professionally managed by Host House, a Jersey Shore based vacation rental manager, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, you`re automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection.

The charge listed as “management fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link

PARKING:
There is no dedicated on site parking for this unit. Street parking can be found nearby and is free.

STAIRS:
There are approx. 3 stairs required to access the unit.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guests agrees to the following terms and conditions during their stay.

- Check oct before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- Failure to return parking permit will result in $150 fee per permit not returned
- No loud music after 10PM/ Please monitor noise levels
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
