Welcome to our beautifully restored historic 7-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Atlantic City beach home, located about one block—approximately 300 steps—from the beach and Boardwalk.

Built in the early 1900s, this spacious three-level retreat combines original architectural character with modern comforts. You’ll find preserved hardwood floors, pocket doors, crown molding, transom windows, detailed millwork, and the timeless personality of a home that has been part of the neighborhood for generations.

The house is ideal for families, multigenerational groups, responsible friends, and work trips. Guests can spread out across three floors, enjoy the fenced backyard and game room, relax on the covered porch, and easily reach Atlantic City’s casinos, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Please Read Before Booking

This home is located in a peaceful, established residential neighborhood with year-round neighbors. It is not a party or event house.

Parties, events, prom gatherings, bachelor or bachelorette gatherings, unauthorized visitors, amplified music, shouting, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

Noise must remain at a respectful level at all times, both indoors and outdoors. Outdoor quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM and are strictly enforced. The porch, deck, backyard, driveway, and barbecue area may not be used for loud or late-night gatherings.

A serious or repeated noise violation, unauthorized gathering, or other major house-rule violation may result in the reservation being terminated and guests being required to leave the property, without refund where permitted by Vrbo’s policies and applicable law.

The primary booking guest must be present throughout the reservation and is responsible for the conduct of everyone in the group.

Please reserve this property only when every member of your group understands and agrees to respect the home, the neighbors, and all occupancy and quiet-hour rules.

Walk to the beach and Boardwalk for the day, then return home to share dinner, play games, relax in the backyard, or enjoy a peaceful evening with the people you love.

This is not a newly constructed beach house. It is a classic cedar-sided Atlantic City home filled with history, personality, and original details. A former Atlantic City police chief lived here for many years, giving the property an interesting connection to the city’s local history.

Today, it is a welcoming beach retreat where guests can walk to the shore, spend quality time together, and make their own Atlantic City memories.

Main Level

Enter through the front door into a warm, spacious level designed for gathering.

The comfortable living room offers plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach. The formal dining room is ideal for shared meals, board games, conversations, and planning your next Atlantic City adventure.

The kitchen features:

* Granite countertops
* Stainless-steel appliances
* A 36-inch gas range
* Cookware, dishes, utensils, and other kitchen essentials
* Coffee maker

This level also has one bedroom with two queen-size beds, making it convenient for guests who prefer to limit their use of stairs.

Please note that the main level has a half bathroom only. It does not contain a shower or bathtub. Guests using this bedroom will need to use one of the full bathrooms upstairs or on the lower level.

Upper Level

The upper level has central air conditioning and includes five bedrooms.

The primary suite features:

* One king-size bed
* A private full bathroom

The remaining four bedrooms share a second full bathroom:

* One bedroom with two twin-size beds
* Three bedrooms with one queen-size bed each

Original hardwood floors, crown molding, transom windows, and detailed millwork give this level the classic charm of a historic Atlantic City beach house.

Lower-Level Suite and Game Room

The lower level provides additional privacy and flexibility for larger or multigenerational families.

The private sleeping suite includes:

* One king-size bed
* Two twin-size beds
* A private full bathroom
* A kitchenette

This area works especially well for grandparents, parents traveling with children, or guests who appreciate having a more private space within the home.

The lower level also includes a game room featuring NBA Jam, offering a fun place for children, teenagers, and adults to enjoy some friendly competition after a day at the beach or Boardwalk.

Bathroom Layout

Please review the bathroom arrangement carefully before booking:

* Main level: Half bathroom only; no shower or bathtub
* Upper-level primary suite: Private full bathroom
* Other upper-level bedrooms: Shared full bathroom
* Lower-level suite: Private full bathroom

Air-Conditioning Information

The home has central air conditioning on the upper bedroom level only. The main level does not have central air conditioning.

Because the property is close to the ocean, the coastal breeze and numerous windows often help keep the house comfortable. However, this is a historic beach home and does not have whole-house central air conditioning like a newer property.

Guests who are especially sensitive to heat should consider this before reserving.

Outdoor Living

The outdoor spaces are some of my favorite parts of the property.

Guests can enjoy:

* Outdoor barbecue
* Private off-street parking

After returning from the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, relax in the backyard, or enjoy a quiet family meal on the deck.

The front porch is a lovely place to have coffee, read, meditate, feel the ocean breeze, or watch the sunrise.

All outdoor spaces are intended for peaceful enjoyment by registered guests. Parties, loud music, shouting, and late-night gatherings are not permitted. Outdoor conversations and music must always remain at a considerate level, especially after 9:00 PM.

Approximately 300 Steps From the Beach

One of the best parts of staying here is being able to enjoy the beach and Boardwalk without having to drive.

The Atlantic City beach and Boardwalk are approximately 300 steps from the house. Wake up, enjoy coffee on the porch, gather your beach gear, and walk to the shore.

After a day by the ocean, return home for dinner, enjoy the game room, relax in the backyard, or settle onto the porch as the neighborhood becomes quiet again.

Atlantic City’s casinos, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are also only a short drive away.

Guest Access and Check-In

Guests will have private use of the house and property during their stay.

A keypad entry code will be provided on the day of arrival. The home has two separate entrances, and each entrance has its own keypad and access code.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Visitors, additional guests, and changes to the registered guest count require advance written approval through Vrbo.

Parking

The private off-street parking area can accommodate approximately four vehicles.

Additional free street parking may sometimes be available, but it is public and cannot be reserved or guaranteed. Guests must park responsibly and may not block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, or properties.

Smoking Policy

Smoking and vaping are prohibited everywhere on the property, including inside the house, on the front porch, on the rear deck, in the backyard, and in the driveway.

Neighborhood and Conduct Rules

This home is best suited to families and quiet, responsible groups seeking a relaxing beach stay.

The following are not permitted:

* Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings
* Prom, bachelor, or bachelorette gatherings
* Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior
* Unregistered visitors or overnight guests
* Outdoor gatherings after quiet hours
* Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property

Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. Neighborhood peace is taken very seriously, and reports of excessive noise, unauthorized guests, or disruptive behavior will be addressed immediately.
