Welcome to our vibrant, updated 2-family house—a perfect home base for your group to explore all the excitement of Atlantic City! This listing includes both units in the building, providing a total of 9 bedrooms to comfortably accommodate large gatherings.

Just a short walk from the iconic Atlantic City Boardwalk, you’re ideally situated to enjoy a day at one of the city’s free public beaches, followed by an exciting evening at the Tropicana.

1st Floor (Ground Level):

3 Bedrooms: Each with a queen-sized bed
1 Kitchen
1 Bathroom: Featuring a walk-in shower
1 Living Room: Includes a dining area and a 55" Smart TV

2nd Floor:

1 Living Room: Equipped with a 55" Smart TV
1 Dining Room: Furnished with a mid-century modern extendable table for up to 8
1 Kitchen: Featuring a bar-height table with seating for 4 (Cooking essentials provided; please bring your own ingredients!)
1 Bathroom: With a walk-in shower
1 Bedroom: Featuring a queen-sized bed

3rd Floor:

This top floor boasts 5 bedrooms and a full bathroom:

Bedroom #5: Queen bed + twin daybed
Bedroom #6: Twin-sized bunk beds + separate twin bed (3 beds total)
Bedroom #7: Full-sized bed
Bedroom #8: Queen-sized bed
Bedroom #9: Two queen-sized beds

Kitchens: Well-stocked with essentials including a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, and more.

We provide:

- Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, a few hangers
- Starter rolls of paper towels and toilet paper
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap
- Bath towels and hand towels (please bring your own beach towels)
- We gladly welcome bachelor and bachelorette party groups! Just let us know in advance, and we can provide recommendations for your celebrations. - We also host golf trips, business retreats, family reunions, and milestone birthday gatherings.

Guest Access:
Guests enjoy private access to both apartments via smart locks, each accessed from the exterior. Please be considerate of your neighbors regarding noise, trash, and parking. Parking is available on the street (subject to posted signs) or in a paid lot at the end of our block.

Important Notes:
- Off-street parking is not included. Street parking is free but can be challenging to find; paid parking is available nearby.
- Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $100 per pet (per stay). Please inform us before booking.
- Each living room has a 55” Smart TV, but please note we do not offer cable TV.
- To ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors, noise sensors are installed to monitor noise levels (no audio is recorded). As long as you avoid excessive partying, you should have nothing to worry about!
- In compliance with Atlantic City regulations, we cannot rent to groups under the age of 21.
