Fantastiskt - Nyrenoverade Ocean City Vacation Getaway

Detta fantastiska, nyrenoverade familjevänliga strandhus sover 10-12 personer och ligger bara tre kvarter från stranden i Gold Coast-delen av Ocean City, NJ. Ligger på lugn Haven Avenue, har du tillgång till dörren till cykelvägen, och du är gångavstånd till Dot's Pastries och 34th Street bekvämligheter inklusive: en lekplats som inkluderar tennis och basketplaner, ACME mataffär, Wawa, CVS, Hoys 5 & 10, Glassbutiker och olika mat / äta faciliteter. Fiske och crabbing docka är tillgänglig under 34 st. Bro tillsammans med tillgång till kajak och paddla boarding. Du har snabb och enkel tillgång till ön via en kort bilresa över den 34: e St. Bro till fler restauranger, en marina, spritbutiker och Garden State Parkway. Förutom den 31: a och 32: e gatan stränder, ligger du nära den 34: e St-stranden, som har ett offentligt vilo rum, paraply och stoluthyrning och är handikapptillgänglig vilket gör stranden plats perfekt för familjer med småbarn eller äldre gäster. Ocean City är en familjevänlig strandresort som erbjuder ett av områdets bästa strandpromenader och nöjesfiske. (6 strand taggar ingår.)

Vårt hem är en första våningen bekvämt tillgång egendom. Hemmet har 4 sovrum och en queen size-utdragbar soffa, 2 fulla bad, ett öppet vardagsrum och matplats och ett stort fullt utrustat kök. Sängarna inkluderar:
1 kung
2 Queens
3 singlar (inklusive våningssängar)
och en drottning soffa soffa

Hemmet innehåller en stor veranda med en utomhus picknick bänk och tillbaka veranda med sittplatser. Vi erbjuder fem HD-kabel-TV, en gasgrill, gratis Wi-Fi och central luftkonditionering. En utedusch och bil hamn ingår som tillåter upp till 4 av gatan parkeringsplatser.

Huset har nyligen renoverats med hårda trägolv, ny matta, ny färg och nytt sängkläder. Ett helt renoverat kök innehåller nya apparater.

Lockbox-kod tillhandahålls veckan före uthyrning då koder ändras mellan varje uthyrning.

Attractive accomodations. Four bedrooms ideal for family/group. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom, washroom etc. Limited steps in the unit, which is good for elderly/infirmed.Outside of things like rugs in general living area being due for deep clean/replacing and some missing blind panels, it's a nice place. Owner readily dispatched assistant to replace some of the missing blind panels.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of parking. We enjoyed our evenings sitting on the front deck where you can hear the ocean and the quietness of the area. Jim was very responsive when questions were asked during our stay. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful stay at this clean, spacious, and well-equipped beach house—perfect for our large family. Check-in was easy and convenient with keyless entry, and the house was spotless when we arrived. The layout worked great for kids and adults alike, with plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and we appreciated the updated appliances and large dining area. Wi-Fi was strong throughout the house, and having cable TVs in multiple rooms was a nice bonus for downtime. The location was great—just a short walk to the beach, Acme, Wawa, a playground, and more. Parking was a breeze with off-street spots and easy access to the 34th Street Bridge for quick trips on and off the island.Overall, a fantastic spot for a family vacation—we’d gladly return!

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect for our needs. We rode our bikes to the beach, drove to the boardwalk a few nights, and had easy access to the parkway, which we needed on this trip. The house itself was great. SIX beach tags when most offer four! This came in handy as we had friends visit for a night and family another. Everything in the house worked perfectly, everything was clean, and when the propane ran out in the grill, they had a replacement outside the door within an hour or so. This will definitely be where we stay next time we’re down here.

Our stay was enjoyable and owners were helpful and communicative. The listing contained a few inaccuracies which impacted the quality of our trip. Multiple full size beds were listed as queens and a pull out couch was listed that was not included which resulted in sleeping arrangement shifts and additional trips to get different sheets. The listing states that there are 3 bathrooms. However, the unit had 2 full bathrooms and an outside shower rather than a third toilet or functional bathroom we anticipated. We enjoyed the walkability, beach proximity, and cozy blankets and balconies during our stay. Adding a few basic condiments, spices, household items and additional towels could be helpful in the future. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and local amenities.

Home is in a wonderful location close to beach and parks. Front porch is a great spot to have morning and evening coffee. Bedrooms are a nice size as is the full bath with tub in the hall and the bathroom off the king bedroom that has a shower. Kitchen is fully stocked and the tv in all rooms is an added feature. Home is clean and well kept.

Making Memories

We had the most wonderful time celebrating my mom's 80th birthday at this beautiful home. The house was everything we needed and more. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable!! The location was extremely peaceful and we enjoyed short walks to the beach and short drives to the boardwalk. The host is great to work with and is VERY generous. A lovely beach house for a mini vacation

The property was lovely, decorated beautifully, there were five of us, and they had plenty of room, plenty of comfy beds, and the showers were especially great. This sweet house on Haven Avenue certainly was a beach haven for a few days and provided for all of our needs.. Since it was off-season, the street had little to no activity and was quiet, it was a short, five minute walk to the beach But there were no restaurants nearby, So we had to drive or order in. The Boardwalk was not walkable distance for us. But it was a lovely stay, and our host should be commended for the decoration of the home, it certainly said Beach House for sure. And that’s exactly what we had hoped for. And that’s exactly what we got!

It is a lovely home with nice seashore decor. Lots of parking, seating, eating and relaxing spaces. Two nice porches shared porch off the two Master Bdrms. Small housekeeping issues. Extremely well priced and a really nice quiet street. Did not find a pull out sofa as listed. I assume it was replaced.
