Nice Family-Style Shore House with hot tub - 3 mins from the beach

Looking for a nice getaway on the Jersey Shore? Well, you’re in luck! This place has everything. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath raised-ranch has a front deck, a beautiful living room, an elegant kitchen, a huge backyard, 6 people sleeping,All the amenities you need (washer/ dryer, dishwasher, TVs in every room, Wi-Fi). New construction! Available for a limited time!

The house has lots of great features. The front porch gets a great breeze from the island because there is water on all four sides of the island. The front porch is sunny in the morning and the back patio is sunny in the evening. The inside of the house stays pretty cool all the time. There is a park with water access one block away. There is a coffee shop and a liquor store and a seafood place and two restaurants three blocks away. There is a CVS within walking distance. The beach and boardwalk are seven blocks away and less than a ten minute walk. It is very easy to bike to Brigantine via the Atlantic City boardwalk and to Longport via Atlantic Ave. I rode my bike all the way to Cape May this summer along the ocean.

This place is tacky and overpriced. The description and pictures were misleading. The house heater didn't work in the winter and the gas fireplace blasted the temperature up to 85 degrees! The host sent men three times to fix it and they couldn't. We couldn't use the hot tub because the backyard was a tripping hazard. My husband washed the floor because he was grossed out. The host said that the microwave was usable but parts fell off and the handle was loose. We had to go buy plates, coffee mugs and filters because there were none and no dishwasher soap. (Host sent some.) Bathroom towels were old with threads along the edges. The shower curtain was rusty and the light fixture had two burned out light bulbs with no replacements. This place is not worth the price!

Excellent house and location!

This property turned out to be perfect for our beach vacation with my husband and our 6 year old daughter. The house is very nice and is very close to the beach. We absolutely loved the front porch with a gas grill and comfortable sofas, we spent almost every evening their BBQ-ing. The house is located a few blocks away from a wonderful street that has an excellent breakfast/lunch place (Dorset), an Italian restaurant, and a fantastic ice cream place. We loved all three of those. The property is also about 20 minutes away from Ocean City where you can find several amusement parks and a water park. It is also 10 minutes away from Atlantic City where you can find a brand new indoors water park and a new large arcade at Showboat. Not to mention all other entertainment you can find in Atlantic City for grown ups. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be coming back!

Easy check in attentive property owner and a great week for all ! Property close to parks, and area highly walkable , close to great amenities like the Red Room Cafe, CVS, Custard’s, Ventnor Coffee shop, The Dorset, and also the beach 🏖️ ❤️

Perfectly nice

The place was sparse but as advertised. Neighborhood was very nice. Some neighbors warned me not to swim in the hottub because of apparently a wild group of teenagers that had occupied just before me but the place was very clean and ready for my stay.

Peaceful

The place is a great to just relax! One of my best times was our morning walks with my husband and puppy. We would sit on this bench and watch the water views just around the corner. It was so soothing. Thank you, Mr Swain.

Birthday Getaway

This was an awesome experience. The pictures were very accurate and the location was amazing. Most of all, communication with the property manager was very easy and they made the process so smooth. This home is beautiful and very peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet. Food and entertainment was so close, which made this location a treasure. When we return to New Jersey, I’m only booking this property.

Home in Ventnor City

This property was in a nice neighborhood and spacious. It was also very clean and a quiet neighborhood. It was a lovely walk to the boardwalk, even on a cold February morning. There was a small problem with the window shades in the living room, dining room and kitchen. One was broken in half and all of them were stuck in the down position. We were unable to raise them, so it was very dark. We would also have enjoyed having bedside tables and a small reading light in all of the rooms. There was no place to put eye glasses or books beside each bed.
