We have always taken every step to sanitize our home after each guest’s stay. In the wake of the Coronavirus epidemic we give you our commitment to provide a clean and healthy environment for you and your guests. We will clean all hard surfaces and appliances with bleach-based disinfectants, launder all linens in hot water, provide anti-bacterial soaps, clean air filters and take every precaution to give you peace of mind during your stay.

The space is a perfect setting for bachelor/bachelorette parties, family reunions, beach vacations and quick family getaways. While we welcome bachelor/bachelorette groups, we expect you to take your parties to one of the many casinos, clubs or restaurants, and not to abuse the house.

In the living room, experience the warmth of two full-sized leather couches, several ottomans for your comfort, and additional seating. The room comes equipped with a 50" flat screen TV with Fire Stick (granting access to Hulu, Netfilx, Prime Video, and other streaming services), and high speed wifi. (Code given at check-in).

The dining room table seats eight comfortably. The modern kitchen is fully appointed with brand new appliances and cooking utensils. There is a half bath on the lower level for your convenience, as well as a beautiful king bedroom with lovely french doors.

On the second floor, guests find three bedrooms; a primary suite featuring a comfortable queen bed and a couch which converts into a single bed, a 55 inch Smart TV, a walk-in closet and a full bath. Two additional bedrooms feature two twin beds and a queen size bed with shared access to a full bath. There is also a new washer and dryer for your use.

Guests have access to the entire house, back and front porches, a lower level deck and fenced-in back yard. There are two parking spaces in the driveway behind the house, and ample on street parking.

We are available to assist 24/7 via text message. However, we will never intrude on your privacy. We also have a local shared host who will assist in the unlikely event of an emergency.

Free off-street parking. Liquor store within walking distance of the home. Just steps to the boardwalk and the spectacular Atlantic Ocean. A quick walk to the public beach with lifeguard in season. A short drive from outlet stores, delicious restaurants, and casinos. Jitney stop located in front of house ($2.50/pp) will take you to any of the casinos, restaurants and shopping.

Affordable public transportation (City Jitney $2.50 per person with stops at all casinos, shopping and local attractions) just outside the front door. Uber and Lyft service is available and ample on street parking in addition to 2 parking spots behind house.
