Trevligt inredda fyrhus med radhus i Brigantine, NJ. Radhus inkluderar sovrum w / king size-säng och stort omslag Trex däck. Har också ett 2: a sovrum med drottning, 3: e sovrum med två enkelsängar och 4: e sovrum med två enkelsängar över full våningssäng och full storlek futon. Köket innehåller rostfritt stål kylskåp, rostfritt stål sortiment, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Vardagsrum och matplats med takhöjd till 20 fot. 50 '4K Smart HDTV i vardagsrummet, mindre platt-TV-apparater i sovrummet och övervåningen också. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare nere. Radhus har central luftkonditionering. Kuddar och filtar tillhandahålls, hyresgästen ansvarar för att ta med sängkläder (lakan / örngott / handdukar) och toalettartiklar. 2 parkeringsplatser i uppfarten samt enkel gatuparkering i närheten. Huset har WiFi (under säsongen). Badrummen har nyligen uppgraderats. Adressen är 4019-A Brigantine Avenue.

Radhus ligger precis intill 42: e gata Community Center som har bocce domstolar, tennisbanor, minigolf och bollplaner.

Vi är gångavstånd till södra änden restauranger och butiker inklusive Tante B's Glass, Ernest & Son, Hoopers, Mad Dog Morgan's etc. Kort bilresa till centrum, andra restauranger, butiker och den nyrenoverade Shark Park för barn.

Att köra en fyrhjulsdrift är tillåtet på stranden, så länge ett tillstånd erhålls. Kostnaden är $ 160, $ 80 för seniorer. 4-hjulstransporttillstånd kan köpas på Beach Fee Office, som ligger på 15th Street och Brigantine Avenue från 1 maj till 1 september och på City Hall resten av året.

Båtramper, vattenskidor, kajakpaddling: Boat Ramp ligger vid 5th St. Södra och Bayshore Avenue.

Jetski: Du måste ha ett tillstånd att starta från utsedd strand. Kostnaden är $ 125. 00 / år. För att få ett tillstånd måste den sökande ha en kopia av ansiktsskyddet med försäkringspolicy (minst 500 000 dollar ansvarsförsäkring krävs. Tillståndshavare måste följa tillståndsregler och bestämmelser. Our stay was great! Spacious and enough room for 5 kids and 4 adults. The wrap around porch on the second level was great. Close walk to the beach and no issues or problems with the property!

Great Beach Vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Kevin's place. We had 2 infants, 2 kids, and 5 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone, and it was incredibly kid-friendly. The carpet was super soft for the babies to roll around, there was a play pen we used often as well. Beds were all very comfortable. The upper deck porch was such a great feature for hanging around the house, as was the turf yard on the bottom. We walked to the 38th St beach each day (stroller to the entrances for the young ones was helpful, since there is still a good walk to the water once you reach the dunes). We also liked being able to walk to the restaurants and grocery store. Kevin was great at telling us more details when we requested them. Definitely recommend his place for any group!

Good location

Was a nice location to walk to the beach, ice cream, community center with fields/courts and food. To get to the beach it was about .15 miles on sidewalk/road, .15 on the path and then you hit the beach, which has a bit of a walk to the ocean. It was broken up nicely and was good with kids to be off the road and have some changes in scenery. Not super crowded on the beach during some beautiful days. Appreciated the beach tags and flexible days in the summer.

Family Vacation

We had a great time and were thrilled that we were offered early check in because the cleaners were finished early. It was so nice of the owners to message us and let us know we could enter early, we didn’t even have to ask. The house was clean, the living room was roomy so our large family could all gather in the evenings. The beach is very long at this part of the island so the beach walk is a little long, but still enjoyable. The location of the house is great, close to ACME, and a short walk for ice cream and tacos. Great time had by all.

Awesome family vacation

Beerfest weekend

Stayed the weekend for AC beer and music festival with 3 friends. Clean, plenty of parking and plenty of beds. A block from the beach, but too cold to go. Definitely recommend.

Perfect location, nice large home

We have been going to Brigantine for many years and really loved the location of this home. It was very roomy for 3 generations of our family. We usually stay right on the ocean or a couple of houses from it, but this was a little bit farther but certainly walkable. We did end up driving to the path to get to the beach since we had chairs, Boogie boards, umbrella and shade shelter to carry. We also had a 4 year old that couldn't quite make the walk since the distance from the sand to the water was a bit far for him. The wrap around deck was amazing with a view of the sunset and awesome breezes. The outdoor furniture was very nice too. Would definitely go back!

Wonderful trip

This property had everything we needed for a lovely beach trip. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable and water pressure in the showers was decent. The kitchen is small but well stocked with dishes and utensils - only thing I couldn't find was a cheese grater. I brought a Brita water filter pitcher to make the tap water drinkable. The walk to the beach is easy and beautiful - took us 5-10 min, depending on who was walking. Short walk to Aunt B's ice cream, several restaurants - we went to Tiki Taco and The Cove - an Acme grocery store, Wawa, Dunkin..... Longer walk or short drive to the bait and tackle shop and the jetty for fishing. The owner was very quick to answer my questions during our stay. Things that could have been better: the outdoor shower isn't enclosed. The kitchen doesn't have storage space for pantry items. Would be nice if property provided towels and linens. Dryer needs to run at least twice to dry clothes. Overall, we loved the place. Definitely want to come back.

Great location for a weekend getaway

Awesome experience with this property and the owner. I received the check in instructions well in advance which made things run smoothly. The property was just as described and was very spacious with all the bedrooms. Very fairly priced and a GREAT location to access the beach. The outside turf was an added bonus which made for awesome times to hang outside. Having the grill was great. The house was clean and everything worked great. Would definitely rent from Kevin again if I’m back in the area. Much appreciated!

Clean and Well Stocked

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were decently comfortable for a rental, and the kitchen was well stocked (super happy with all of the kids plates/bowls!). We absolutely loved sitting out on the deck and having the sliding doors open to the September breeze. We forgot our gate at home so were beyond thrilled there was a baby gate there for the stairs (it would have been a long week otherwise!). The beach was about a block and a 1/2 away plus a long path. Nice wide beach! Very helpful/communicative owner.

Great place to stay

Great sized bedrooms. Kitchen a bit smaller but well stocked with utensils/dishes etc. Bathrooms nicely done. Downstairs has rain shower head with separate hand held detachable sprayer-great for washing little kids! We packed a baby gate for the top of the steps but found one provided by the host - such a nice thoughtful surprise! While it may not prevent the escape of a larger, more enterprising child, it kept our newly toddling toddler well contained. Upstairs carpet seems newer and its fluffiness was appreciated by the kiddos. Wrap around deck is lovely in the evenings. Nice foyer area with lots of hooks to hang things. The only thing we found odd was the super high mounting of the TV. We all looked like little kids at a movie theater craning our necks to watch from the sofa. We had a great time, would definitely recommend!

Home away from home.

Kevin our host is such a nice guy! He does everything to make one’s stay smooth and easy. We will try and rent again next year as this house was a short distance from the ocean/sandy beach and the neighborhood was clean and we felt very safe! Thanks again Kevin. We had a nice vacation! Great location, excellent overall experience

Our family stayed here for a few days and had a great time. The property is close to the beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants. Kevin was quick to respond to any questions we had and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!
