The beaches of Pineto, just ten minutes away by car, are one of the seven pearls of the Costa Giardino. Here you will find long stretches of fine golden sand, clear water and shallow depths, perfect for families. The beaches are well equipped and bordered by lush pine forests, with cycle paths, restaurants and clubs for summer dinners and pleasant evenings.
Nearby are other famous seaside resorts in the region, such as Tortoreto, Giulianova, Roseto degli Abruzzi and Silvi, renowned for their well-kept beaches, excellent services and lively summer atmosphere, perfect for those who want to combine relaxation and fun.
Travelling south along the coast it is possible to reach the picturesque Costa dei Trabocchi, an enchanting stretch of coastline in the province of Chieti that stretches from Francavilla al Mare to San Salvo, passing through charming towns such as Ortona, Fossacesia, San Vito Chietino and Vasto. Here among the green beaches protected by nature reserves you can admire the characteristic trabocchi: ancient fishing machines on stilts, now transformed into small floating restaurants where you can taste typical fish dishes in a unique atmosphere.

The owner lives in the apartment on the first floor of the villa and takes care of the property management, always ensuring maximum privacy during your stay.

The villa is spread over 3 floors.
The ground floor consists of:
- a living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, electric fireplace, wine cellar, dining table and a large French window, which leads to the outdoor dining area overlooking the sea;
- a fully equipped professional kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle;
- a half bathroom;
- 3 double bedrooms, each with TV, en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden;
- a wellness area with a salt-purified whirlpool bath, sauna, steam bath, emotional shower, relaxation area, dressing room and a half bathroom;
- a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
An internal staircase leads to the second floor, where there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed, which has a terrace with panoramic views and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

use of the wellness area (on request, to be notified to the owner at least 3 days in advance): € 350,00 per entry (entry of 12 hours from 08:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m., to be agreed with the owner at the property) or € 1.000,00 for no.7 entries/week; heating consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change.
