“Exceptional. A beautiful well appointed room very comfortable with all the ammenities expected. An oasis is how I would describe it The staff went above and beyond. We made this booking on the morning after our other hotel was affected by a mud slide. It is the the most memorable of all our stays in Hokkaido. Recommended to anyone. Thank you for our stay”

“The hotel is a bit old but everything works. The room size was excellent! Very rare in Japan with rooms of this size. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was good but a bit cumbersome to connect to. You will need to redo it on a daily basis. Easy access to train-station.”

“Really fast and informative correspondence. Very nice personnel. Airport transfer comfortable and on time. Big room clean and in great condition with all you can need in the room and more. Restaurant, bar, indoor golf, shops and convienience store at the premises with long opening times. The bed was a little too hard for me but that is a personal preference and just is what it is nothing to do with this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.”
