Perfekt "ennattsställe"
Hotellet kändes ganska nybyggt och hade en trevlig frukostbuffe ala Hampton, bra pool och trevlig personal. Vid bokningen (här på hotels) stod det att hotellet hade utcheckning kl 12, men i själva verket var det kl 11. Bad personalen om lite senare utcheckning - inga problem! Hotellet ligger en kort bit från I-90 och det tar en knapp timme in till centrala Boston. Bra ställe för snabb övernattning.

My medical evaluation was cancelled at 3:00 pm and even thought this was no fault of mine the hotel went ahead and charge me full rate without when offering a voucher or discount to use at a later time. They just lost a customer.

I arrived at the hotel and the female in the front desk told me my reservation was cancelled due to payment not going through. Which was an error. I did not receive a call or email. She told me it happens. What if I got their and there were no rooms available. That was very unprofessional.

The pool (the reason we stayed there) was closed and I was not aware until check in where the front desk informed me I can go somewhere else with a pool. Front desk "accidentally" checked us out the same night we arrived and did not fix it, had to check out a day early. I need a refund. The worst customer service EVER!

Super angry because wasn't told that the pool was out of service until AFTER I checked in. I had options for hotels but chose this one and now really upset and the lady at the front desk completely dismissed me nor apologized for the inconvenience

Upon arrival, i was told that the pool and hot tub were closed. We are sorry that Expedia won't change it on their website....then check in was a nightmare with their computers, and my credit cards were declined for the incidental charges due. My room was paid in full thru Expedia....no local channels on tv in room for some reason, other concerns to boot....ugh

This was the worst stay. The room was smelly between pee and chlorine. Hotel was sold out. Manager offered Febreze. Manager offered to look for a hotel nearby, but it was too late, as manager showed up only at 11pm. I didn’t sleep all night.

DOES NOT HAVE A POOL. When we checked in we were informed that they did not have a pool as stated on Expedia’s listing of their property and asked if that made a difference? Had we arrived on schedule it would have. We stayed in an accessible room, which smelled like a dog had occupied it. There was also some visible animal hair as well.

Our room smelled like Clorox and we were given a product called fabreeze to spray the room with. It was a very noisy room, while trying to sleep, being next to an exterior side door. The worst, was the soiled bedspread, which I didn’t see until morning: totally grossed me out.

Pool was closed, room had bad smell, TV did not work, not the room I paid for, very loud noises , curtain would not open or operate. The host was trying to help but she didn’t have the staff to help her. We could have stayed elsewhere with way better services. We actually went to the Wellington hotel and it was what we shall stay in next time.

The stay was pretty alright. Only things I have to mention is that we kept finding other peoples hair in the bed and we we checked in they didnt give us the room I had paid for. When I returned to the front desk, they had no issue giving me another room but once again it wasnt the room I had asked for. Was close enough so we didn't bother going back down again.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Perfect for the night we needed, and breakfast was suitable even for picky children. (Waffles for the win) area near by a little ehh, but it was late when we pulled in so hard to tell. Overall I would stay here again. Be advised that Expedia advertises that there is a pool, and there is not pool at the hotel!! The host was kind enough to inform Us on our arrival as I had two young kids with me. But it wasn’t a deal breaker as we were there for an event at the DCU center down town.

We were in town for a cheer competition. Only one person on duty upon arrival so check in line was long. I had booked a super king that sleeps 6 but the room they tried to put us in was 2 queens. After some shuffling around we finally got the rooom we paid for. Next issue we went to use the pool and hot tub only to find out both were out of service.. The next morning we went for breakfast and they had run out of many foods. They said they had numerous peoplecome in overnight and weren't prepared. While the propert was clean I was very disappointed with the overall stay. I frequent Hilton or Hilton backed hotels when we travel. This was not up to a Hilton experience

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone
We have stayed at many Hampton Inns and the minute we walked in it smelled awful. Then we went to our room and it smelled horrible as well. I’m not sure if it’s the cleaning solution in the carpet but it was awful and other people said the same thing. At breakfast they had run out of potatoes and I walked to ask the woman who was bringing things out to the kitchen if she had anymore potatoes and she snapped at me and said I just filled the container and I said well it’s empty and she said well I’ll cook more but it’s going to take a while. I am gluten free so there is only certain things I can eat so I ended up having an apple and an orange. It really was unfortunate there was nothing else that was out I could eat

The hotel and the location are fine but the cleaning products are horrible, I have been gone for 5 hours and the smell is still in my nose and mouth. It makes you wonder what smells they are trying to hide. I won’t be staying there anymore
