Guest access:
Guests will enjoy access to the entire house with the exception of two cleaner closets. The guests will have access to four other spacious closets though for their personal use!

This is a self-check-in property. You will receive a personalized 4-digit door code for the duration of your stay. This door code will be provided 24 hours before your check-in.

Other things to note:
-Please treat the home with respect, and do not invite guests over who are not listed on the reservation.
-If any issues arise, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you promptly (but please note that there is no one living on-site).
-This is a pet-free home. If you are traveling with pets, please make arrangements for them to stay at one of our local doggie hotels.
-This is a smoke-free home. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
-Pool season is from April 1 - September 1; hours 7am - 9pm; no refunds will be provided for pool closure due to maintenance in-season
-A starter pack for the washer, dryer, and dishwasher is available. For longer stays, however, we suggest bringing your own. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.
-There is no cable television. The TVs are smart TVs with channels such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. You will need to sign in to your own account(s) to access those channels.
