Private space of 1000 m², terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Common area reserved for the gîtes: swimming lane swimming pool (4x15m) open in July/August, terraces, fruit trees. Walking trail, cycle path, river fishing nearby. From Fontenay le Comte, head towards La Rochelle. At the motorway roundabout, follow Marans, do not take the 1st right (Chaix/Auzay). Take the 2nd road towards Chaix. At the stop sign, go straight. At the Y junction, keep left and drive 2.5 km to the hamlet of Brillac: this is the penultimate house on the left (n°97). Coming from the A83, exit n° 8 then as above.
