Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home just 10 minutes walk to Stanmore Bay Beach!
Open plan living with a full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry facilities, coffee machine and a wood fire for those colder days.
The outdoor space boasts a beautiful garden that attracts native birds, an entertaining deck and a mud kitchen for endless entertainment for the kids!

☕️The kitchen and living area is open plan which is great for entertaining and being part of the fun whilst you are cooking!
We have a coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer, fireplace, Playstation, record player, board games and kids toys!
Outside on the deck there is a BBQ, outdoor sofa, a table, a hammock and a mud kitchen for the kids to enjoy! We recommend making oobleck for the mud kitchen, it's endless fun! (cornflour and water!)
🛏Bedroom 1 is a King size bed
🛏Bedroom 2 is a Queen size bed
🛏Bedroom 3 has a raised double air mattress that is plug in and comfortable. There is an option for this room to have a travel cot instead of the air mattress or full sized cot for long term stays. Please mention on booking if you require this!
🐾Pets are more than welcome, please let us know if and how many are coming with you so we can have any pet items ready for you! Please note for pets - the front gate off the deck is a baby gate and will not suit pets who jump fences or are escape artists! 🐕

🏖️ Stanmore Bay Beach — A big, gently sloping beach popular for swimming and family days out. It’s a locals’ favourite with playgrounds, open green spaces and spots to picnic by the water.

🌳 Shadon Reserve Playground — Just 2 minutes walk down the hill you’ll find a lovely reserve and playground

🏊‍♂️ Leisure Centre & Splash Pools — A short distance away for the gym, kids’ splash park or a swim session on a rainy day.
