Summary:
With views overlooking one of New Zealand's most beautiful bays and just seconds from the white sands of Onetangi beach, this sunny, two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with open plan kitchen, living and dining offers beach side holiday living at the quiet end of Onetangi beach.
Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - queen bed. Bedroom 2 - king bed (can be split to singles upon request).
Please note: A compulsory fee of $200 for exit cleaning fee and $25 per person, per stay for linen hire applies to each booking. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: Mid December to mid January - 7 nights, holiday weekends - 3 nights and 2 nights at all other times. The gas BBQ's are shared with other guests at The Sands. Apartment 26 is not suitable for children.
A vehicle is available to book with this property which can be left at the ferry for collection on arrival upon request. Please enquire for rates and availability.
At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private chefs, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping. The Neighborhood:
Apartment 26 at The Sands is a ten minute flat walk along the beach to three lovely seaside restaurants. The vineyards/restaurants of the "vineyard valley" including Miro/Casita Miro, Obsidian, Stonyridge, Te Motu, Tantalus and Wild on Waiheke are all within easy reach. The property is close to the golf course, Countdown supermarket, Saturday farmer's market and many other Waiheke attractions.
Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. There is easy parking at the property.

The apartment is not suitable for children.
Interaction with Guests:
Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
