“Best ever!”

“Brand new hotel & therefore had glitches but I suppose that was reflected in the price paid for a junior suite. There was building work going on while we stayed there, which set the fire alarm off & meant a walk down the stairs from 13th floor onto the back street, & since that entrance wasn’t open, meant a lot of guests had to walk thru the streets in their pyjamas. There isn’t enough wardrobe space for anything other than a few nights stay. The TV didn’t work properly & kept displaying sound...

“One of the best hotels we ever stayed at. Second one for us to stay at that has a Michelin key. And rightly so. We had a last minute booking because of our flight being canceled. The staff made us feel right at home. Rooms are much more spacious than the pictures make them look. The interior design is impeccable. Every detail thought of. Concierge told us about all the amenities and perks of the hotel. One of the coolest things is that there is a 10% off shopping and dining in select nearby...

“Perfect for a solo traveler. John made breakfast every morning and chatting with guests, and never hesitated to help. I had a room with shared bathroom with another room. It did not do anythings since there a few rooms in total and most of the rooms do have bathroom. ”

“Overall a really Great hotel, but there were few hooks to hang your things on. And no luggage rack for your bags. We contacted the receptionist (twice) about that and they promised to bring us that, but none came. Strange! A five star hotel should be able to fix or let us know about their shortcomings, but no feedback what so ever.”
