“It’s gated I liked that.”

“Easy to checkin. Comfy beds.”

“Man look. This ain’t look NOTHING like the picture. What are yall doing ? Not 1 palm tree gang.”

“Wondeful atmosphere, very helpful staff and just by the St Charles tram that takes you downtown. . ”

“Stort hotell med bra utbud. ”

“Centrally located”

“Wouldn’t give new sheets when I asked and the staff wouldn’t clean room whole 2weeks of me being there”

“Not a hotel - just a room with a bed and no chair. There is no one attending the hotel - no one to check you in or ask for room service. There was a bar adjacent but not connected to the hotel. There is no elevator so I had to lug heavy bags up three fligths. No service during a 6 night stay - no coffee or water (not even a glass) or fresh towels. On the last day the woman at the bar gave me a number to text. I got an automated "good morning" from a bot and no response to my...

“The hotel itself is great and a majority of the hotel staff were super helpful. One staff on my last day implied my card was rejecting after trying to recheck in (it was not). Then several times made the process more and difficult. Even stopping me after I checked in, as I walked in to tell me my certificate was expired (I had already worked with management extensively on this). Other than this 1 staff member my stay was overall pleasant and the entire hotel was safe, clean, and the breakfast...

“Clean room, beautiful hotel, excellent location, great staff. Our second stay and we will be back”

“It was extremely disgusting and disturbing to see the filthy sheets covered in cigarette burns. The conditions were completely unacceptable and made me feel as though I was staying in a jail cell rather than a place meant to provide comfort and relaxation. The lack of cleanliness was both disappointing and concerning.”

“The hotel itself was ok but when we arrived there were two junkies making trouble at the motel and the porter had to call the police. But when the police was gone the junkies was back. The next morning they were gone but it was not the best way to greet new arrivals.”
