    The 35-square-meter apartment is high-end and has everything you need.

    The kitchenette is brand-new, fully equipped, and, in addition to a selection of different teas, has everything you need to prepare fresh meals. A kettle, toaster, olive oil, and spices are also at your disposal.

    A large box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) offers plenty of space for two people and guarantees a good night’s sleep. A stylish and truly comfortable couch offers a place to relax.

    With the 40-inch SMART TV, you can easily access your apps and decide for yourself what to watch in the evening. You can comfortably watch your favorite shows on Netflix, which is, of course, free for you.

    The warm lighting also helps you feel right at home. The dining table facing the window gives you plenty of space to enjoy your meals and let your gaze wander into the distance.

    Your clean bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. We’ll have fresh towels ready for you in a basket. A hair dryer is also available for you to use.

    From the balcony, you have a direct view of the adjacent Wittelsbacher Park; you’re right next to the Congress Hall for evening events, and the city center and main train station are within walking distance.

    The building also has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, which can be used for a small fee.

Close to train station, Christmas markets and plenty of bars and restaurants. Hosts were very accommodating.

Die Wohnung war schön Sauber und der Kontakt war immer problemlos und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick ist wirklich toll.

Die kleine Wohnung mit der großen Aussicht ist perfekt, um die Stadt Augsburg kennen zu lernen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Wunderbar für Kurzurlaube

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Objekt bietet was es verspricht, es liegt relativ zentral an der Stadt und ist gut sichtbar ;) Eine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe wäre mir lieber gewesen und die Küchenzeile war für uns etwas klein, aber ansonsten waren wir völlig zufrieden. Gerne wieder!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit grandioser Sicht

Unser einwöchiger Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere die Aussicht auf die Stadt war natürlich grandios. Die Buchung, Checkin und die Kommunikation waren tadellos. Kleinere Verbesserungen wurden freundlich aufgenommen. Kurzum: gerne wieder und bis bald!
