Halvvägs mellan Catania och Syracuse ligger Villa cirka 3 km från byn Brucoli. Denna villa är självhushåll för 1-2 eller fler familjer, en modern familjhem i mitten av landsbygden, omgiven av apelsin- och olivlundar för en egendom som är större än 10 hektar. Hela området runt resort är strikt privat och ingen får bry sig om gästernas integritet !!!Anläggningen är belägen i ett område där det är mycket lätt att nå mycket intressanta platser som vulkanen Etna, antika greker, ruiner i Syracuse och Taormina eller romerska ruiner i Piazza Armerina och fler andra vackra platser. Även om villan ligger mycket nära havet (bara 1 km bort), är den utrustad med en privat pool (tillgänglig från 1 maj till 31 oktober) och ett stort område intill den där du kan koppla av, sola och äta lunch / middag använder grillen. Det finns möjlighet att äta färska ägg varje dag, tack vare närvaron av några härliga höns! Det finns också en liten grönsaksträdgård som ger lite frukt och grönsaker!

Villan är uppdelad i två oberoende delar: en huvudbyggnad, två våningar, en del som kan hysa till 8 personer (4 sovrum), och en enda bottenvåning bilaga som kan hysa till 7 personer (3 sovrum), sammanlänkade med en sval täckt utanför matplats med möbler Ping-Pong bord och ett fotboll bord. Gott om privat parkering. Tre duschar utanför. 2 härliga grillplatser: en precis utanför huvudbyggnadens kök och den andra bredvid simbassängen. Gratis wifi ingår, arbetar genom hela Villa.
7 sovrum: 1 dubbelrum med eget badrum, 5 dubbelrum med mycket nära badrum, 1 trebäddsrum beläget i huset på en våningen och möjligheten att lägga till en bekväm hopfällbar säng i ett av rummen. Alla sovrum är utrustade med takfläkt (INGEN luftkonditionering). Barnsäng och barnstol finns på begäran. Vi kommer att tillhandahålla frukosten för första morgonen (mjölk, spannmål, skräp, sylt, juice, ägg) så att du inte behöver springa till snabbköpet den allra första dagen.

A True Gem in Brucoli – Perfect for Large Families

Our family of 10 had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful property in Brucoli, Sicily. The house exceeded our expectations, accurately reflecting the comfort and amenities described in the listing. The fenced area around the pool provided peace of mind, making it a safe environment for our young children. We also appreciated the sliding shutters on all windows, which allowed for a restful sleep in complete darkness. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the spacious layout easily accommodated our large group. Family vacation

It was a wonderful property to have our larger family stay at. The pool was fantastic and Vishal and Enrico were always available for any needs. They met us at checkin and checkout was as easy as could be. Know that most of the kitchen and appliances are old but totally functional. It is secluded and 15 mins away from grocery stores and restaurants so know that going in. There is a little private beach 5 mins drive that was a pleasant surprise (no sand but the water was amazing). Having your own car is a must really and my only feedback is if you want air conditioning that it is an extra 10 eur/day. We didnt have a problem paying it but would have liked to known about it earlier. Would totally go back

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

Three of us vacationed at this delightful villa in the little town of Brucoli and it was AMAZING!!!!! The perfect spot for making travel memories! The grounds are blooming with flowers, flowering bushes and citrus trees. The property is well maintained and the love and care that has obviously been put into this residence is quite noticeable, we were very much at home here. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make meals and there are several markets within 15 minutes of driving. Our host, Enrico, was on site to welcome us with a basket of goodies and a fine bottle of Sicilian wine. He was readily available to us and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. This property super exceeded our expectations and made our holiday such a happy one! There are chickens on site that provided us with fresh eggs every morning- and someone comes to tend to them and the pool, if you aren't into chickens- but we loved them and they just added to our experience:) We had many day trips planned- Valley of the Temples, Catania, Mt. Etna to name a few and none were more than 2 hours away (if you didn't get lost). We started each day with a swim in the pool and ended the day much the same. We spent two days just enjoying the beautiful grounds and pool- it is very peaceful here. Air conditioning has been added to the bedrooms and that was a big bonus that we hadn't expected as it is very hot here in July. This is a fabulous space with something for everyone! Lovely!!!!!

Villa Arcile

Villa Arcile is a wonderful place to stay. All rooms are spacious and provide guests with a degree of comfort not often found in holiday homes. The beds are really comfortable and there are sufficient showers/toilets even if the villa is occupied to full capacity. The kitchen has all necessary facilities for provision of meals for a large group of people. The real beauty of Arcile comes when the position and grounds are taken into account. Set in a huge plot of land, that is laid out to fruit trees, a stunning swimming pool, with large terraces and BBQ area, these grounds make the villa into a really fantastic place to stay. The children loved collecting eggs each day from the hen house! During our stay, Enrico was so very helpful and responsive from our arrival to departure, even assisting in locating a doctor when we needed help with a minor medical issue.

Large, homey and comfortable common area inside. The pool and outdoor dining/gathering areas for our large family was perfect. The gardens were gorgeous. The caretaker was very attentive and helpful. The home cooked meal was a highlight.

Lovely villa holiday

Great property and lovely pool area. No shortage of any facilities. Great location if you have cars, and we were given clear instructions to pass to taxi drivers too which was very helpful. Owner and property manager both really easy to contact, very helpful. Area is convenient for driving to Catania and Syracuse as well as more local spots.

Family holiday in sicily

Perfect space for families with two separate living spaces and lots of shared areas both shaded and outdoors. Kids loved taking care of the hens and fetching eggs every day. Pool is a good size and we loved playing ping pong and table football in the evenings. Villa has everything you need and Enrico was always available on WhatsApp for questions. Enjoyed a night of being catered for by Nuccio and that was a real treat to enjoy Sicilian cuisine in the comfort of our villa.

Een mooi huis zeer geschikt voor een groot gezelschap, De slaapkamers waren groot en de badkamers goed. Op 15 minuten rijden in het stadje Augusta was een groot supermarkt en treinstation met een goede verbinding naar alle grote steden Erg prettig dat iedere dag de beheerder s'morgens vroeg het zwembad kwam schoonmaken en altijd beschikbaar was voor vragen. Er waren ook 2 buitendouches en verschillende terrassen om in de schaduw te zitten ,

Soggiorno nel complesso da valutare positivamente, in quanto sia il custode sia il proprietario sono stati attenti e gentili ad ogni richiesta ed esigenza. La posizione della villa è ottima per relax e tranquillità, ma un po' più lontana dal centro abitato e da spiagge sabbiose.

Wonderful villa owned and managed by wonderful people.

The villa was booked for a family get together to celebrate a 40th birthday. There were 16 of us including two teenagers, two five-year-old boys and two toddlers. Enrico was very accommodating with the many questions and requests we made prior to our arrival. Our eventual arrival at the villa was delayed by three hours (due to BA flight and car hire) but Enrico still greeted us at 11pm. He also cooked us a delicious dinner; which was a life saver as we were very tired and very hungry and all shops and eateries were closed en route. The villa is homely and spacious, and the kitchens are well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of wardrobes. The beds are very comfortable. The outside of the house was on one level which meant the toddlers could play outside without us worrying about steps. The pool was gated off, so we did not need to worry about the young kids. The pool was used by us at least twice a day and there are plenty of sun loungers around the pool to relax on with a book and a glass of wine. There is a table tennis table and table football available to use as well as two mountain bikes. It was fun to bake pizzas in the pizza oven as well as use the BBQ and chill outside as the sun sets. Nuccio, the villa manager, was there daily to make sure we were okay, if we wanted a meal or breakfast, he would arrange it for us. He also brought us eggs from hens in the farm attached to the villa. We opted to have the villa cleaned daily and Sandra managed to quickly clean the whole place around us. Sandra and Nuccio were very hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and enjoy the villa. Sicily is beautiful with something for everyone. The kids loved the beaches, the adults loved the ancient cities and the restaurants and overall it was a perfect holiday. We will certainly be returning to the villa.

Bon séjour dans la campagne sicilienne

Belle demeure sicilienne, au calme dans un environnement campagne. La maison offre de belles prestations, une grande terrasse, un joli jardin, une piscine rafraichissante mais nous avons beaucoup regretté l'absence de climatisation. L'annonce ne mentionnait pas l'absence de cet équipement et la chaleur ne baissant pas beaucoup en soirée, les chambres se transforment en fournaise malgré les ventilateurs au plafond. C'est le seul bémol concernant notre séjour. Le propriétaire et gérant ont toujours été agréables et réactifs, à l'écoute et désireux de nous apporter toute l'aide possible.

Super semaine maison tres agréable pour plusieurs familles. Jardin très beau et très bien entretenu. Des petites poules pondant des œufs frais les matins. Nous recommandons cette maison avec plage à proximité .

Totally loved the stay!

Our two-week stay at this villa was amazing. The family is just lovely as they welcomed us from the airport and helped us whenever necessary. The villa itself is great for multiple families to stay since it is big enough to also have some privacy. It is clean, it has all utensils, the rooms and bathrooms are nice and the atmosphere is just amazing. Every day we got fresh eggs from the chickens and if we wanted the family cooked for us at night. Moreover the location is very good since the nearest village is only a 5-10 minute drive to get fresh groceries and other towns at the east coast are mostly within 1 hour driving distance. The only thing is that the beach near the house has a lot of rocks and no sand, but the pool at the villa made up for it. Overall, it is the perfect Italian family villa.

Ein kleines Paradies

Wir haben die beiden Häuser mit 7 Personen genutzt, jede der Frauen hatte ein eigenes Zimmer und war sehr zufrieden. Der Garten ist ein Traum, alles sehr gepflegt, schöne Blumen, ein sauberer Pool und überall hübsche kleine Sitzecken, die ein gemütliches Zusammensein ermöglichen. Für den entsprechenden Service hat Nutscho gesorgt, er sich hier um dieses Anwesen kümmert. Eine besondere Freude war es uns, dass der Pool geheizt ist und wir schon am frühen Morgen schwimmen gehen konnten, obwohl jetzt Ende Mai die Nachttemperaturen noch sehr niedrig sind. Alles in allem eine gute Empfehlung!

Nuccio's wood-fired pizza is NOT to be missed! Spacious, well-equipped, sparkling pool - wonderful vacation spot for 6 adults, 5 kids.
