Fortunately, you did not stay with us Mam..! There were 2 gentlemen who spoke Spanish and you were a translator on phone on speaker. We gave those Gentlemen room key and they came back saying it is a smoking room. For your information that is a Non-Smoking Room. The anti-bacterial cleaning stuff moped on the floor by house-keeping is the smell and not the smoke smell. The night before Guests stayed. You were on speaker phone saying the room is not acceptable, immediately we told you to have refund which you did. Expedia called and we gladly refunded your amount. It is a decent room for business traveler at 50 dollars plus taxes.

Thanks for your Stay..! We take great care in addressing pest and our contractor with whom we have contract takes care of the same, we will advise him of your concern to focus more attention. Also, when a Guest within 30 minutes do not like the room we refund. When a Guests stays and completes the stay we do not refund. Hi Chris! Thanks for your Stay! Good to know that your stay was comfortable as far as the room is concerned. Regarding breakfast we provide between 7 am and 10 am. We have a bell at the front door and always at service. We care for our Guests and our safety! Thanks again!

Thanks for your feed back. Glad you mentioned we changed the room for you immediately on your saying you did smell odor in the room we gave you. When customers smoke in the room though it is a non-smoking room, our house keeping do their best to get rid of the smoke. When customers need a change of room, we do ask them if they had used bed, bathroom, shower to make sure that we will block the room and report to house keeping to make sure again that the smoke is fully relieved. On helping you carry your luggage and transferring to another nearest room, you felt comfortable and okayed that room was better. So there is no need for you to feel when we ask questions. There is nothing wrong with the room, the same smell might be okay if smoke-customers occupy. If the room has been used like bathroom, bed, we will not check in other customers to the room and block it right away! You replied you did not use the room and we noticed only you kept the luggage which were on the bed and that is fine!

Thank you for your Feed Back. When you stayed the Hotel was under re-modeling. Re-Pair work and Re-Modeling can be done during operation. Now the Re-Modeling is complete, Pool is open, All rooms have new flooring, new bathrooms, new LED Mirrors, New Shower Walls and Bath Tub, New Bed-Frames, New LED Lights, Parking Lot neat and clean and to the extent possible we are doing our best to service customers.
