This luxurious venue features modern design and has all the high-end details of a boutique hotel. Filled with natural light, this beautiful home offers spacious settings for relaxation. Only minutes (3.5 miles) from the Augusta National, this hidden gem is in walking distance of the shopping, personal care, restaurants, golf, tennis, the swimming center and the Daniel Field Airport, perfect for short or mid term stays. This stylish home to stay is perfect for group trips.

This is the perfect place for families, couples, traveling professionals, or groups looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway or a place to work and play. Whether you visiting from out of town or need a place to gather with friends/family for the weekend, we are centrally located in Augusta to comfortably accommodate parties as few as 2-3, up to 7 or any combination in between.

Small gathering requests must be approved prior to booking. Additional service fees may apply based on the request.

Forest Hills Manor features luxurious bedrooms, one with a King bed,
and another with double bed. Each room features end of bed seating space and TVs with full motion mounts. Additionally, the main floor includes dedicated reading and conversation areas (with sofa bed), and office space with sitting space for those who want to work or read in the natural light, or have space for stretching/meditation with provided mat.

The 2nd floor bedroom offers 2 single beds and seating ottomans.

The full kitchen provides all the essentials to cook a banquet for all guests.

Outside, relax by the fire in comfy Adirondack chairs and roast marshmallows.

  • Home of Freeman Walker, outstanding citizen of early Georgia. Born in Virginia in 1780, he came to Richmond County in his youth and studied law. Freeman Walker, in 1826, deeded 70 acres of land to the United States Government to be used as an arsenal-the site now of the Junior College of Augusta. He reserved one acre as a family burial ground, known as the Walker Cemetery. He was the father of Maj. Gen. W. H. T. Walker, CSA. Admitted to the bar in 1802, he followed a life of public service; City Attorney for three years and Mayor of Augusta 1817-19, being the first to hold the city´s chief executive office under the name of Mayor, and Brigade Inspector of Gen. Valentine Walker´s brigade in 1813. He represented Richmond County in both branches of the State Legislature and represented Georgia in the U. S. Senate. His speech on the Missouri Compromise attracted nation-wide attention. He died in 1827 and is buried in the Walker Cemetery.

Excellent stay. Host was EXTREMELY responsive. The primary bath had a slow running drain, but the host cleared it up in and communicated every step of the way. Space was extremely comfortable and well maintained. Could not have been more pleased. Highly Recommended A

Aaron was an amazing communicator! He replied to questions very quickly. Our first day the coffee pot broke, and there was another issue with a cooking skillet. He was at the house with a new coffee pot and skillet within the hour. He was very kind and attentive!The home is on a busy road, but you do not hear it from inside the house. The location is amazing. Grocery store was 0.3 miles away. We went to some great shopping at the Augusta Mall. Top Golf was close by too. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Outdoors there was cornhole and a fun axe throwing game. There was an outdoor seating area as well as chairs by the fire pit. Grill worked fine. If there was bug spray or a mosquitto zapper, that would have been nice. We slept fine in the beds. There were two twins upstairs, I believe a double, and King. The living room furniture needed some refreshing, and the floors were not as clean as I would expect. The house does have a dirt driveway, so that may be part of the issue. We made six meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. Knives were sharp too, which was great. Appliances looked new. Pretty nice stay.

Girls weekend

We have a great time. The house was cozy and comfortable and had all the features needed to cook and celebrate birthdays. The perfect spaces for the 5 of us to sleep. Dining room had large round dining table to hold us all. The outdoor spaces had plenty of space with comfortable chairs to sit and chat; and large yard with fire pit.
