The entire place smelled like weed and weird smells. The door to our room as unlocked and open when we got to it. The towels in the room ALL had black curly hairs stuck in them. The faucet was rusty on the sink. And the novel in the shower was about to fall off the wall. The lady at the front desk was very nice and kind though. She was the one positive.

The manager and the assistant manager are very nice! Courtney, the assistant manager is especially nice and very professional. The cleaning staff are very courteous. They are very kind and they are very professional. I will always stay here if I have to stay in Augusta again.

The manager of the hotel is a very nice lady, and her employees are very nice and courteous too. Courtney at the front desk was especially accommodating, and I made sure to mention to her that I was going to mention her by name because she was so amazing! I love this hotel it’s the only place I’m ever gonna stay in Augusta.

The staff here at woodsprings suites are very friendly and caring. The staff here are known to step out their job description to be there and listen if someone just needs to talk. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks where to stay here in Augusta GA

Room was filthy. Very outdated and old musty carpet. Had to buy Lysol and Clorox wipes to clean and try to get rid of odor. Hotel is right by train tracks so be prepared to never sleep. There are many better options in the area.

This hotel, while conveniently close to Augusta National, was absolutely filthy. Also, the price gouging should be criminal. They charged me ~$300 a night for a room that normally goes for $45.17. The rooms were basic, but the cabinets had no doors on them, and the shower was barely connected. Upon arrival, we checked the linens and one pillow case was stained yellow, and one of the beds had an iron burn in the middle of the linen. If you are looking for convenience for The Masters, this is great, however, it was grossly overpriced.

It is a safety issue when I find out that guests are ironing on the bed and that we did not catch that in the cleaning process is inexcusable.Hope to see you next year if just for the closeness.

Its run down. Even though its took a new name and all they dud was fix the building cover. The same things are in there so it looks old. Scary people always hang out on the left side of the building smoking and doing God knows what. They need to have more rules and they need to fix all the rooms inside. I know its cheap prices but at least dont have it looking like the poverty property.

The front desk attendant was super nice but it took 30 mins to check in and even though we prepaid online, I was asked to pay and the rate I was quoted was over $100 less. I showed her my receipt and she didn’t ask for payment. The beds had no blankets. The cabinets had no doors. It was awful.

Very cheap hotel and amenities. Smelled mouldy and the whole 4th floor smelled like fish all through my stay. Toulet bowl was loose and wobbly. It was Great until my bank card was stolen from the front desk and used. The management was rude and didn’t try to help at all. She just kept saying it never happened before and blamed it in the usps. And the smoke alarm started going off waking me out my sleep

Hello, I apologize if you felt I was being rude, I was trying to offer good sound advice. It's never my intentions to antagonize a guest, it's my job to assist and shed light to matters and to make sure guest satisfaction takes place at all times. Anytime you have important mail missing as you stated you received your pin number but not the card you should call the police and make a report, also you stated the establishment(paint store) the person tried to use the card, I advised you to give this information to the police so you could go to the actual store and view footage from camera. As the conversation kept going I advised anytime a bank card is sent out they never send card and pin number together, also in order to activate card you have to have personal information such as dob, last four of social or entire social, etc. My intentions wasn't to offend you I was giving you facts and suggestions on how to go about the situation. If a staff member had your card they wouldn't have given you the pin number they would've kept both. I understand you was upset concerning the matter at hand as anyone would. I hope you found a resolution to this issue and wish you the best on future endeavors.

This hotel is decent at best. Pros- Having to have a card for entry to get past the front desk and all entries around the building; Some of the workers here like Brittney & Kelly are good people and treat others the way they'd like to be treated & tell you the cheapest way to maintain our stay; Quiet and easy to find. CONS- THE MANAGER IS CRAZY, she actually overcharged us while we stayed here for nearly 3 weeks. Knowing the whole time we should have never been checked out and that the money we paid was supposed to go towards the weekly rate ($347) rather than how we were being charged by day ($97).; Overcharging is definitely present here, and taking advantage of customers who wouldn't have known without someone telling them.; Can't allow anyone to draw on concrete with chalk. The manager tried kicking us out that way, which is why we booked through Travelocity. Without her there she called all the employees and said that we couldn't even allow our dog to go out until we paid $11.40 which is the $5.40 pet fee (daily). They forced our puppy to be in the bathroom in the room for approx. 10 hours, due to their card machine being down. Our baby suffered because of their manager; BEDS SUCK; NO CABINET DOORS; ROOM PHONE DIDNT WORK; NO ROOM CLEANING WAS OFFERED, AND IT COST AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $10 SOMETHING FOR CLEAN LINEN; DIDNT INFORM US ON FREE TRANSPORTATION OFFERED WHEN STAYING HERE; THIS PLACE SUCKS BECAUSE OF THE SHEER LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.

I did the best to my ability as a manager to work with you and your fiancée concerning smoking marijuana on the property, and also defaming the property by drawing on the premises. I think there has been a misunderstanding concerning your rate, there is a nightly rate and weekly rate. The staying for the room 101 for the price was good because we also had a refrigerator, microwave, stove and I had the ability to cook for the family. But, The stove CFM Range Hood never work we call to get it fixed no body fixed it, there was a super stinky smell as soon as you walk in the room by the refrigerator, the bathroom door was falling apart need screws, some of the kitchen compartment was dirty, carpet was grimy, the beds super uncomfortable, the bathroom was half clean I ask for some products to clean it my self. After couples days maintenance came to clean the carpet and fix bathroom door., the garbage dispenser that they had it was too small and only one for the entire hotel wat a hassle; they do not provide you with enough garbage bag . Manager ask me if I wanted to switch room but we already was located in the room we had do some grocery shopping and since I was pregnant it was too much for me to pick up, plus I had two other smaller kids with me and my room was in the first floor near the parking space so it was convenient for me while there to go out of the hotel with the rest of the family. The place has roaches so bring your own cleaning supplies. They do not collect trash, you have to take it out yourself. Staff said management would throw the trash back in my room. Was told i could 2 rags for 4 people in a room with 2 beds that sleeps 4 people.The staffer soth dreads is horribly rude along with front desk not being helpful. People smoke less than 5 ft from the front door. They checked me out of my hotel before my check out date.
