Hello Qiu-miceli, Thanks for your feedback to us! we are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay with us and that the room didn't live up to your expectations. Regarding the room, we only have a few amount of rooms that can fit 3 people or more, unfortunately not all of our rooms can fit more than 2. We have also talked with the person that were here when you wanted to change the room, and she did ask if you had used the room you were in, and you sed no to her, but the room was used and needed to be fully cleaned before we could use it again, this day we were fully booked and needed the room, but cleaners were done at work.
