"+ A spa hotel in a completely different league compared to other hotels that market themselves as "spa" hotels. + Fantastic location + Stylishly decorated rooms + Not overcrowded with guests in the spa or during meals + Great parking possibilities with car - All TV channels, gym equipment, spa brochures, and menus were in German. Very little was available in English. The staff's English wasn't very good, which hindered communication regarding service."
