The checkin was smooth and easy, no luck getting an early checkin, 4pm is pretty late and the check out is 10am which is pretty early. The view was just ok, mostly a view of the apartments across the way, but overall is was good. The Natiivo is an easy location to get in and out of. The vibe is always pretty good, upbeat and friendly people.

Great location & friendly staff

This property is great for your vacation getaway! The building is clean, the condo was really clean and had everything you needed. The location is perfect if you want to take a walk along LadyBird Lake. It is close to restaurants and shops or just a short Uber or Waymo away from downtown Austin. The coffee shop/bar in the lobby is awesome and don't miss the roof top pool.

Nice unit in a great area

The unit was perfect for me to attend a conference at the Austin Convention Center. It looks like the pictures: large kitchen, living room and dining all in one. Two bedrooms that were both good sized and both had great bathrooms. One with a huge shower and one with a large tub/shower combo. It is in an area that is being revitalized and that means some new, cool restaurants and bars, and a large food truck area really close on Rainey Street. It is a bit of a walk to the Convention Center, but it made for a nice walk each day to get my steps in! The only negatives I might have are: 1) There is only a single couch and some hardback dining chairs for seating in the living room, so if you have more than 2 or 3 people, you might feel a little cramped. Also, there were no instructions for the televisions. I found the service spotty at best and could never get the TV in the bedroom to work. It was just a blank screen, and said the source was not connected. I never contacted anybody to try to fix it because it wasn't a huge deal, but a simple card or notebook with instructions would have been helpful, especially for us non-technical people... All in all, a great unit, great location, and I will definitely stay here again!

It was good

Overall good -- just checkin process and checkout is a nightmare -- it's need to be staggered or have more people to handle it. There also needs to be better instruction on using the elevator. Overall not bad but for the cost, a hotel may of been nicer due to the service

Not the best.

There were some communication errors with the vacasa staff. Twice, our room card expired and had to get new ones. Lots of construction in the area at present so be aware of that. Other than that, the suite was gorgeous! Rooftop pool was great! Fitness area was very clean and well equipped! Pet friendly!

Wifi was not working for almost 24 hrs.

Building is wonderful, clean and well kept. However, lots of construction all over the area. Very close to Rainey St for nightlife. The wifi wasn’t working for almost 24hrs which was a problem. Building was busy during Grand Prix weekend and the network should be able to accommodate that. Otherwise was a lovely place. Very friendly atmosphere!
