1. GROCERY PRE-STOCKING: We pick up your HEB/Walmart curbside order and fully stock the kitchen before you arrive! FEE: $50 per stop.

3. MID-STAY DELIVERY: Our version of room service. We happily fetch and deliver items mid-stay (1-hour notice required). FEE: Fee applies.

GUEST ACCESS AND IMPORTANT NOTES

Guests have exclusive, private access to the entire two-story, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home and the private, fenced backyard.

- A unique access code will be provided for secure, keyless entry.
- NOTE: All bedrooms are on the second floor. Must be able to climb stairs.
- NOTE: The small storage shed in the backyard is locked and private; it is not accessible to guests.
