Underbar 1 v��ning, 1860 kvadratmeter hem - helt ombyggd år 2016 med nya möbler. Hemmet har ett uppdaterat kök med alla nya granit, rostfria vitvaror, glasplatta backsplash och kakel golv. Det finns ursprungliga tr����golv i hela hemmet, samt takfläktar i vardagsrummet och varje sovrum, alla nya badrum med nya fåf��ngare, marmorräknare, glasplattor, kakelgolv, kranar, armaturer, ljus mm Det finns också ett andra vardagsrum med en utdragbar dagbädd som skapar 2 enkelsängar, plattskärms-tv, skrivbord, wifi och mycket mer. Hemmet har 2 king size-s��ngar, 2 queen size-sängar och 2 enkelsängar. Det finns en front tvättmaskin / torktumlare i tvättstugan, samt en täckt uteplats med sittplatser och en grill, och inhägnad g��rd! Det finns naturligtvis gratis Wifi också.
Hemmet ligger inom n��gra kvarter av korsningen av Burnet Rd & 2222 - nära s�� mycket! Om du inte tycker om att laga mat ����������������������������������r hemmet en kort promenad till bra Austin mat. BBQ, hemlagad mat och en stadsdel deli är alla i närheten. Hemmet är idealiskt beläget n���ra Crestview Rail Station som tar dig downtown, liksom busslinjer som kör hela Austin.

Great Location, Great Value

Located in the convenient Crestview-Brentwood area, this house exceeded our expectations. The space was wonderful; kitchen, well-equipped; fire pit, a premium. 1303 Karen will be our destination for our next visit to Austin.

Fantastic house!

Stayed for two months while renovating house. Location was excellent on a quiet street in Brentwood/Crestview. House was perfect; 3 bedrooms, great kitchen and family spaces and a nice yard. Owners were super communicative and helpful. Highly recommend for short stay or a long one like ours. This was awesome.

Great Place to Stay

I had a great stay at this location. Greg, the property owner was very responsive. I did not have any issue that he was not prompt to help fix. We stayed here over a year due to my mission in the military and I'm glad we were able to find this place, it was perfect for the family.

lovely, comfortable house

This is our third time renting a house from Greg and Amanda. They are great to work with, the houses are comfortable with tons of thoughtful touches. My family loves to cook when we get together, and we love the fact that the kitchens are so well thought out. Great work, see you next year!

Great space to gather with family!

Very nice atmosphere in a great neighborhood. Quiet setting. Easy check in, especially with the coded locked doors. Back yard/ porch is nice, though still under development. Needs a few more chairs. Plenty of rooms and tv's in each room. We will be back!

It was perfect for us!

This house is great for family members of different ages. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom located down a hall with a front living space. In the back portion of the house is another bedroom and another living space (with a daybed) and a bathroom. The common areas of kitchen and dining room are in between. Two of us were in the front bedrooms and another family member and two children in the back. The house is centrally located with a Central Market, an HEB, and a Half-Price Books within easy driving distance. There are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from if one would rather eat out. The neighborhood is older and quiet and we felt very safe there. The kitchen is well equipped and the furnishings, beds, and bathrooms are comfortable. Wednesday evening I went to take the trash and recycling containers to the curb for collection on Thursday and found that a kind person had already done that for us. Thank you to whomever it was! Greg at Allendale Rentals is very responsive. We all agreed that the time we spent online viewing vacation properties was well worth it because this property was perfect for us.

Great stay for our family

The house offered exactly what our family of four (2 small children) required. Large rooms, carpeted bonus room for extra play space, large enough layout to not feel as if we always had to just be relegated to one area of the house the entire time. Great, central Austin location for getting acclimated to the city. Was nice to get to know the friendly neighbors as well.

Great house in a nice, safe neighborhood. Easy drive to everything in Austin. Be sure and eat at Terry's if you want delicious BBQ and go to Esther's Follies for a hilarious show.

Great stay!

Went down for the weekend for Austin City Limits. Property was nice and clean. Had most useful tools in the kitchen one might need. Pretty nice beds as well! Easy keypad entry instead of having to pick up keys from management (we checked in extra late so nice bonus). Nothing to complain about.

Plenty of room

We were a party of 6 adults and had plenty of room to spread out. Having a living room and a family room made it easy for everyone to have some space. The back bedroom (the one I would consider the master bedroom) has two beds. The bathroom is not adjoined but is right outside the door. The other two bedrooms are good size and they share a nice bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is large and well stocked with everyday items and what you would need for cooking. It was really nice having the washer and dryer available. The house is in a nice neighborhood and within 15-20 minutes of many things to do. We visited during Hurricane Harvey and had no problem with flooding in this area. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient, Quiet, Relaxing

After a long hectic 4th of July weekend it was nice to ride down to Austin with some friends to unwind. The neighborhood was as quiet as expected the grocery stores were within reach and a quick ride down Lamar put us on 6th St. Greg was very accessible and quickly answered any questions we had would definitely look to rent from them in the future.
