This unit is on the 1st floor
We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby stores that they think you might need during their stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.
We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules.
The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the pool, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware. Washer and dryer available in the building for a small fee.
Health, safety, and the well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we have a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each guest checks out. In case your preferred dates are already taken, or you are traveling in a larger group, please check our profile as we offer more listings in the area.
We will request for vehicle information on the day of your check in to register your vehicle for parking in the parking lot. It is guest responsibility to provide this information accurately and in a timely manner to allow proper registration of vehicle for parking. Hosts are not liable for any issues with parking.
Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually, it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.
As Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may only cool down to a certain temperature, especially if the blinds are opened or the unit gets sunlight. Rest assured the AC is working fine as of this writing based on regular inspection
One hallway closet will be locked and not accessible to guests as that is where we store our cleaning supplies and other essentials. Only our cleaning/maintenance team has access to that. We apologize for any inconvenience. There are various other closets and cabinets in the entire apartment to store your belongings.
Please note that there are some minor rust spots in the bathroom sink that cannot be removed. However rest assured the sink has been cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival
Ring security cameras located OUTSIDE of the unit by the front door and balcony sliding door. Records OUTDOOR video and sound for the duration of your stay. Noise monitor inside property measures decibel levels only.
To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
