This is listed as a family friendly home, and I felt that it was - lots of things there for children. For our stay, we had all adults in the 50 - 70 age range and the house was a great set-up for us as well. Centrally located to lots of things in Austin.

This home was perfect for our trip. The property was exactly as described and beautifully decorated.I was there for a teacher conference and my team and I were so thankful to have found this property instead of being stuck at a hotel. We were able to cook our own meals, have our own rooms, and still have access to a beautiful pool. The hosts were great, provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay and communicated with us as needed. We loved our stay!

Nice quiet neighborhood- great location for airport and wedding venue both only 15 minutes away. House was very roomy and just as the pictures showed. Very happy with our choice.

Quick trip to Austin.

If you wanna stay out of the downtown hustle and bustle, this is the absolute perfect place to stay. They have thought of everything you need. I for sure hope to return to this house.

Best Trip Ever!

We were extremely pleased with this vacation rental. It had everything we needed and more. Very clean, perfect for families. We enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood and convenient amenities. This made our trip to Austin the best ever.

Winter Retreat

The house was very spacious, the master suite was awesome! The neighborhood and location worked well for us. The house was very well equipped and the hosts were responsive and great to communicate with. We had a great week in Austin.

The owners were very helpful and addressed any issues immediately. The home was very close to COTA and the airport. Downtown is a little further away, but we enjoyed the neighborhood of the home. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect getaway

We were unable to stay as members of our family were ill. The owners were kind and responsive to us through the cancellation process and I appreciated that. The property looks fantastic and we hope to stay there at some point down the road.

Great place and great owner

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Sam was very kind to us after we had to leave home due to a power outage. Beautiful well equipped home. We would definitely come back.
