Very walkable to South Congress and the hike and bike trail at Ladybird Lake. Everything you could need was available including an iron, clothes steamer, and make up mirror. The host was very responsive to the one minor maintenance issue that occurred. It was fixed very quickly and did not interfere with our wonderful stay in Austin. I would stay here again and highly recommend this rental.

We loved our stay in Austin. Great communication with host and easy check in / check out. Unit had everything we needed for making food and plenty of space throughout. Good location and easy to walk to many restaurants and sites. Would definitely recommend!

My stay was perfect! The host was very communicative, the place was spotless. The bathroom had nice ammenities and a great shower. We were able to walk easily to South Congress for shopping, food and music yet be in a low key neighborhood. Mehrad responded quickly to any questions. We would totally stay there again.

Visited Austin for the first time to attend ACL music festival. Chose this property as a good compromise between distance from ACL and price point. Without a car, we found the Lime scooters a valuable and feasible asset! This property was a clean, comfortable, and spacious place to shower and rest. The owner was onsite, communicative, and very kind. I would stay here again.

Great Retreat
