I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn, and overall, my experience was quite mixed. The check-in process was easy and efficient, which I appreciated after a long journey. One of the highlights for me was the airport transfer service, which operates from 4 AM to 1 AM. This was incredibly convenient for my early flight, although I noticed the website mentioned a fee of $10 per day, but I ended up paying over $11.
The room itself was comfortable, complete with full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, which was a nice touch. There was also a small fridge available, although it was unfortunate that there wasn’t a microwave in the room.
However, I did encounter some issues with the restroom. We experienced a slow flush, and during the night, it became problematic when I found myself in need of the facilities. I ended up having to go downstairs to use the lobby restroom since the one in my room was running. Given that it was 1 AM and I had an early flight at 3 AM, I didn’t feel inclined to call for maintenance.
To add to the frustration, the lobby restroom had little to no toilet paper and lacked hand towels, which further detracted from the overall experience.
While the stay had its positives, these issues, particularly with the restroom facilities, significantly impacted my visit. I hope the management can address these concerns for future guests.
