Located in the beautiful Zilker/Barton Hills neighborhood(Zilker Park). Perfect place for families & groups of friends to spend time together with Barton Springs and Barton Creek hiking trails all part of the area. Less than 10 min uber to downtown, South Congress & all the best restaurants & bars. You deserve it!

-The home is located in the historic Barton Hills/Zilker neighborhood which is minutes from restaurants, bars, boutiques, breweries, galleries and nature. Barton Creek Greenbelt has Hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, snorkling, swimming, mountain biking, bird watching and forest bathing. You can rent bikes, kayaks, SUP boards, go fishing or simply enjoy a nature walk and picnic under the canopied shade of the enormous trees lining the greenbelt.

-The backyard provides the perfect escape for some private time with your friends and family. It includes a full dining area, gas bbq grill, large dining table and a porch.

-The home is kept meticulously clean and in perfect condition at all times. We have a dedicated housekeeping team assigned to the property who have a specific cleaning protocol to ensure everything is perfectly cleaned and sanitized for your arrival. They use professional/hospital grade cleaners for all surfaces and floors to ensure we are doing all we can to have things ready for your stay.
