The Space

Maison Blanche was designed to feel like a place you could happily spend the entire weekend. The open, light-filled interiors create an easy flow between the kitchen, dining and living spaces, while the surrounding acreage gives you room to slow down and enjoy the quiet of the Hill Country.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests across five bedrooms, with four king bedrooms and a dedicated bunk room that’s especially great for families. There are 4.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a private wine closet, and a media room for movie nights and rainy afternoons. Conveniently located near Lake Travis and Lake Austin, and with ample room to park a boat - this home was built for lake days in the sun!

Outside, the wooded property provides plenty of space to gather, dine, or simply enjoy a morning coffee beneath the trees. Inside, thoughtful details, comfortable furnishings, and carefully selected finishes make the home feel polished without ever feeling formal.

The location gives you the best of both worlds: a peaceful home base with plenty of privacy, while still being close to everything that makes the Austin area special. Spend the day on the lake, explore nearby restaurants and wineries, catch live music downtown, or simply stay home and enjoy the property.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and private property during their stay. The garage is locked and reserved for owner/storage use, but there is ample parking on the property, including five spaces near the garage and additional parking in the circular driveway. Guests will have private, contactless access using their personal door code.

A few helpful things to know before your stay:

Private property: Maison Blanche is a private home on 2.5 wooded acres. You'll have exclusive use of the home and property during your stay.

Septic system: The home is on a septic system. Please flush toilet paper only-no wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other items.

Quiet hours: We ask that guests keep noise to a minimum from 10 PM–8 AM and be respectful of our neighbors.

Gatherings: Small private gatherings and celebrations may be considered with advance approval and an additional event fee. Please contact us before booking with details about your plans.

Parking: There is ample parking on the property, including five spaces near the garage and additional space in the circular driveway. There is room to park a boat/trailer as well.

Nature & wildlife: Because Maison Blanche sits on wooded acreage, you may occasionally see deer, birds, or other Texas wildlife. Please enjoy the surroundings while taking normal precautions outdoors.

Stairs: The home has stairs to the second floor. We have a baby gate installed at the bottom of the stairs.

Families: The home includes a dedicated bunk room and pack n' play and is well suited for families traveling with children.

Events & vendors: Outside vendors, rentals, entertainment, catering setups, or professional photography/filming require advance approval.

Accessibility: The home is not fully ADA accessible and includes stairs and other features that may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
