Sleeping Arrangements

Four bedrooms provide flexible rest options for up to eleven guests. Three rooms each hold a queen‑size bed with fresh linens, hangers, and storage. The fourth bedroom features a twin bed and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, perfect for remote work. A queen‑size sofa sleeper in the living room adds a fifth bed, and a queen air mattress can be set up if extra space is needed. Room‑darkening shades and extra pillows ensure restful nights.



Outdoor & Shared Amenities

Step onto the private patio for a breath of fresh air, then head to the shared backyard area where a heated pool and water slide are open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Pool toys and a hot tub are available year‑round, and an outdoor playground offers space for kids to play. A nearby shared gym complements the in‑unit exercise equipment, though the host is not responsible for third‑party amenities and cannot offer refunds if they close unexpectedly.



Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen offers generous counter space, all essential appliances, and a casual breakfast nook with four stools. Prepare everyday meals or longer‑stay feasts and enjoy them at the nook while conversation flows around the kitchen island.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
