Underbar (stor!) Historiska Downtown House - 100 år gammal GEM i staden

KAN INTE SLÅ PÅ DENNA PLATS - En sällsynt pärla - upplev staden som en lokal. Byggt 1907, är det ett av de största historiska husen som finns kvar i Austins super höft East Side. Mitt i centrum, bara 2 kvarter från Rainey Street, kaféer, restauranger, vandrings / joggingstigar och Town Lake, är detta omsorgsfullt restaurerade hus en lugn oas med utrymme att sprida ut. Perfekt för grupper. 100 år gamla trägolv, spretande verandor, originalväggar, vintagedetaljer ... det är unikt!

Fullt renoverat och renoverat: 5 sovrum, 3 badrum, gott om matplats och täckta verandor både framför och bakom huset. Pecannträd skuggar varven, och ett anpassat modernt staket upprätthåller integriteten runt hela fastigheten. Bakgården har basket, majshål och stege boll. Foosball inomhus.

Det är fullt utrustat med krukor, kastruller, matlagningsutrustning etc. Vi lagrar inte skafferi (mat, smaktillsatser etc. för gäster). Du måste ange din egen.)

VARMT VATTEN
En tanklös vattenvärmare innebär att du aldrig får slut på varmt vatten. Hurra!

UTOMHUS
Utomhusområdena är min favoritfunktion i detta hus. Vi har massor av gårdsspel att dela, inklusive majshål, ping pong, stege och basket. Skuggade verandor tillåter en grupp att sprida sig och njuta av det vackra Texas vädret.

Absolut inga fester. Detta är vårt hem (inte bara ett hyreshus), så snälla hjälp oss att ta hand om det. Alla måste följa stadens regler, inklusive bullerförbudet kl. 22.

Vi älskar våra grannar och vi älskar vårt grannskap. Vi vill behålla det så. Håll bullret inomhus.

Perfect for Groups!

We stayed at Shannon's house for a bachelorette and it was PERFECT- location, amenities, layout, the works. Her home is beautifully decorated and outfitted with everything you'd need for a weekend away. Walkable to Lady Bird Trail, Juiceland, Target, Bars, Coffee and more. Would 100% stay here again!

Excellent property for a girls weekend

The home is perfect for a weekend with friends. It was well stocked with everything we needed, plenty of bedrooms and great outdoor space off the kitchen--and the location was convenient for us to either walk or take a short Uber ride. Definitely recommend.

Thanksgiving in Austin

This really is a charming historic house in Downtown Austin. We were a family of 8 ranging in age from 31 to 70 from around the country meeting for Thanksgiving. There are plenty of bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, and the location was great. We were able to explore much of the city -- mostly on foot -- from this spot. Highly recommend!

Moms get away!

Had a great time! plenty of room for 12 of us. clean and kitchen was stocked full. we only wish it was closer to town. Did have to uber everywhere which they did come in a few min every time so wasn't a big deal. Had lots of great memories!

Family trip to Austin

We visited Austin for a wedding and since we had mix of ages with our guest we wanted to stay closer to downtown for restaurants and things to do, and this property was perfect for that! We loved that it was a historical style home but updated and functional. We traveled with little ones ranging from 9 months to 3 years old and there was plenty of space and the home felt safe for our group. The back deck was so nice to hang out and eat as a group. We loved this rental so much, if we go back to Austin we will definitely be returning!

Great communication with property manager! House had plenty of room and was very cozy. A couple of minor issues (garbage not being picked up and no where for us to toss garbage, and a leak in the bathroom), but we managed and Shannon was great in helping to accommodate us!

A great Friendsgiving in austin

We are 3 friends who went to college together and then moved to different parts of the country. We reunited with our families for a few days during the thanksgiving break. The house was spacious, comfortable and clean. Lots of room for groups to hang out in lots of spaces. We especially loved hanging around the fire pit! Highly recommend!

Awesome stay!

I stayed here with a group of 10 women (all in our 40s) for our annual girls trip. The house is fantastic, plenty of room for all of us, and just a very unique, historic home. The location is also great, super close to downtown if you don’t mind walking or a short karaoke-cab ride away. Yes they have karaoke-cabs here! Shannon was very responsive the few times we had a question and the house is well-stocked with anything you need. Would definitely stay again!

Great for Bachelorettes!

Overall we had a great stay. Positives: Bachelorette drawer with extra supplies!! Lots of space and seating. Comfortable beds. Excellent communication from the host. Really fun outdoor space - though admittedly we did not take advantage because it was so hot. Negatives: There were not parking permits so we had to find street parking which was hit or miss. There were a lot of homeless people in the area so it wasn't as walkable as we were hoping.

The best rental experience I have ever had!

I cannot say enough good things about this home. Firstly, Shannon is amazing. So communicative and kind. Second, the house was exactly like the listing and even better in person. There’s a “pay it forward” mentality with the home where previous bachelorettes left behind decor and favors to use and we were so excited to be able to do the same. Truly, this house is so perfect. The beds are the most comfortable beds, the house is decorated beautifully, and it was exactly what we were hoping for. I cannot recommend this home enough!!!!

Pros: location, great history of the home and neighborhood, character, owner was helpful in recommending Austin music venues, very accommodating for large groups (we had 9 people) Cons: had to wait 15 min in 101 degree before owner knew we arrived, upstairs shower was lukewarm, grounds could have been more clean (dead plants in planters, leaves and needles could have been blown or cleaned up) One thing that would have been helpful was to have info on some good food/music in the House Rules Book

Perfect Bachelorette House

We had the BEST stay for my sister’s bachelorette. We were a group of 14 girls and felt comfortable and safe the entire time. The home is massive and has great common areas both inside and outside for the group. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, with 3 bedrooms conjoining to each other (which was a lot of fun for the girls group!) The house is a safe walking distance to Rainey Street, which we only did during the day, and a short Uber/Fetii to all other popular locations. The host Shannon is extremely accommodating and communicative! She allowed us to drop our luggage super early and then come back to decorate prior to check in time while she finished preparing the home. The extra decorations left behind were also a big hit! The house has everything you need: from extra tape to sharpies to a ton of dishware. I highly recommend this property for your next group trip!
