The front desk people (mostly young ladies) were personable and professional. These two young women were wonderful. The management of this hotel should work to retain them and promote them. The hallways were dirty and looked trashy. The entry way and bottom floor smelled of bug spray and pool chemicals. Some of the sheets and covers need to be replaced.

I have already put in a complaint with choice hotels but the experience I have had at your hotel Sleep Inn has been the worst. I went ahead and stayed and was going to stay until I checked out but this has went too far. The employee that’s here tonight has been the rudest I had to encounter. Not only has she been rude but completely unprofessional. Her name is Brionna with a O not a A “ what she yelled at us”. I filed a formal complaint and I’m going to do a google review. After we went down to try to talk to her she gets smart with us and calls the police to have us leave but it was on her. I got here and a roach was in my first room. The second room had chips on the bed under the linen, third the pool was closed and we’ve been getting told every day that it would be open and it has not. We only chose the hotel because of the pool but when we got here it was too late to cancel so we had no choice. Now she gets smart with us and calls the police and we get put out because of her being rude is unacceptable. Her name is Brionna “with a O” specifically what she told us. I have never experienced this kind of customer service in my life. This will be an experience to go viral because of how unprofessional and how disgusting it’s been. Roaches really and I still stayed, totally unacceptable.

I thought the hotel was nice. I would recommend bringing you own pillow. However, everything else was on par. Pool was warm and inviting, hot tub was nice. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Not very nice
I booked this hotel because of its 9.0 reviews rating. I’m not sure where those reviews came from, as this hotel is definitely not fabulous. I came in late and tired because my flight was delayed, I just wanted to sleep. There was no one to let me in so I had to call. Then my room key didn’t work. The bed was hard and not comfortable. The coffee in the room was horrible. The hotel was being renovated in some areas so it was quite a dump. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Ugh
We weren’t aware when we booked that the hotel is undergoing major renovations. The lobby is ripped up and the areas such as the elevator and pool that aren’t being worked on are in really bad shape. The pool is nasty and there were cockroach remains on the floor and the ice machines on the floors don’t work. Worst pillows too.

Under construction
We had no idea our hotel was under construction! This was the worse, the breakfast area was dusty and the indoor pool was closed even though there are pictures of it on the listing. We had to call the desk because our neighbors were so noisy and loud! We could hear kids running in the hall!

The staff where very helpful especially Cesar who was on duty when we arrived and was patient whilst we sorted out the miscommunication from Expedia to the hotel as Expedia hadn’t confirmed our booking with the hotel despite us booking and paying for it in May 2023.between the lovely lady at Expedia relocations and Cesar the error was rectified fairly quickly.

The hotel is under renovation which is good but there were spots in our room that didn’t look finished - the bed was very hard and we prefer a softer mattress - walls were thin - we could hear people all around us - maybe when renovating finished it will be better - staff was friendly

The room is very clean and comfortable. It is convenient right off I35 as you are driving south into Austin. I got a room in the back and very quiet. This location is close to a lot of things but not right in the middle of those things so I like that. The lobby area is under construction right now so that is what you notice when you walk in. Overall it is a nice small hotel.

Nothing unique, but the service and stay was good. The breakfast was great, only one complaint from me is that I like spreadable butter, they had theirs refrigerated and hard. Toast and Waffles I like my butter to melt in.

Great hotel but disappointimg stay
Nice, clean hotel. Liked the layout and great location. Good service and fun amenities like popcorn and cookies. But the only reasons we chose a Sleep Inn for the first time were the heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi, and the heating element was broken.
