The workspace is both functional and inspiring for working or studying. The second sleeping area(for 2) is located within the office space and does not have a private door; please review the floor plan to be sure it’s the right fit.

Located in the Mirador ATX complex in South Lamar, just minutes from Downtown Austin, Zilker Park, and South Congress, with coffee shops, restaurants, and music venues nearby.

Third-floor unit with stair access only (no elevator).

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the beautifully curated living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, cozy sleeping areas, office nook, and thoughtfully designed bathroom. We invite you to settle in and enjoy the space as your own. The only area not accessible is one locked closet reserved for supplies. Everything else is yours to relax, unwind, and enjoy.
