If you’d like to book both homes together or the front house (subject to availability), please reach out to us.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive use of The Hideout (the 2-bedroom back house) along with its private backyard featuring the picnic table, grill, cornhole, and outdoor shower.



The front house, as well as the yard and amenities between the 2 homes is not included in this listing.

Guests will need to pass through the exterior walkway along the fence to reach the entrance.



We kindly ask that you respect their privacy and keep outdoor noise at a considerate level to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.



This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
