This 1,400 sq/ft home offers a comfortable space for relaxing or working, conveniently located near major Austin attractions like South Congress, Downtown, the airport, and Zilker Park.



For your security, we have exterior cameras at the backyard and driveway.

I will not be there for your stay. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message via Airbnb and I’ll be quick to respond.

Austin, Texas, is a dynamic city known for its vibrant culture, eclectic music scene, and thriving food scene. Explore the iconic landmarks such as the State Capitol building and the historic 6th Street entertainment district, where live music fills the air every night of the week. Discover outdoor adventures at Lady Bird Lake, where you can kayak, paddleboard, or simply enjoy a scenic stroll along the waterfront trails. Dive into the city's culinary scene, which offers everything from food trucks serving mouthwatering tacos to award-winning fine dining restaurants. With its unique blend of art, music, and outdoor recreation, Austin has something for everyone to enjoy.

Guests can access all areas of the house. Common areas that guests can access include the living room, dining room, and backyard.


All guests will be provided with a 4-digit passcode to open the front door right before arrival. If you have any issues, feel free to reach out to us whenever through Airbnb, text, or call.

The home has a total of three rooms. Each room includes a full-size 10" memory foam bed with fresh linen and access to typical living accessories (i.e. hairdryer, iron).

Wifi (300 mbps) besides a space in each room perfect for home office.

TV with Amazon Fire Tv included

Guests have access to the spacious and beautiful living areas. All appliances (including microwave, blender, and fridge) in the kitchen are usable by guests and if you need help feel free to ask. All we ask is that you clean up after yourself.
